I can't find it but I remember clearly on how and why I used this recipe almost 10 years ago.
I moved to Nicaragua from Costa Rica in 2013 and developed a terrible cough and no medicine the Doctor gave me worked.
I went on line and found a recipe or protocol for making this medicine.
It was cutting a yellow onion in half and scoring the bottom to help the extraction of the chemical and then piercing the onion with about 12 cloves.
Then pooring honey over the cloves and onion and let it soak over night.
Onion it is one of the oldest cultivated vegetables in history, with antibacterial and antifungal properties. Onion has antimicrobial effect against tested microbes, because it is a rich source of flavonoids, polyphenols, organic sulfur, saponins and many other secondary metabolites, which are mainly responsible for its medicinal activities.
This time I am going to add a couple cloves of garlic as it is a powerful antioxidant with antiviral and antibiotic properties.
I then take 2 to 3 teaspoons a day for about 5 days.
