Bangladesh beat Zimbabwe by 4 runs in Sylhet. Bangladesh batted first in the first innings and scored 322 runs. Tamim Iqbal scored 158 and Mushfiqur Rahman scored 55 runs. Zimbabwe could not get off to a good start at 323 with a batting average. Zimbabwe lost 4 wickets for 102 runs. Alexander the King and Wesley then handled the situation. They shared a 81-run partnership. In the end, Donald Tiripano and Tinotenda Mutombodzi started batting explosively. Yet the end was not saved. In the last over, 20 runs needed for 6 balls. Zimbabwe were able to take 15 runs in the last over. And were defeated by 4 runs.
