Un gran saludo a toda la enorme comunidad de HiveOpenMic en la semana 167, agradecido con Dios por la oportunidad de estar aquí una vez más compartiendo tarima con personas tan maravillosas como ustedes.

He estado bastante ocupado, y no he podido ser constante en las participaciones, pero aquí estoy una vez más dando lo mejor de mí para éste evento tan importante que une personas de todas partes del mundo, es la tarima internacional de HiveOpenMic.

Quiero felicitar a nuestro artista destacado de la semana @eudarcabello, tener éste nombramiento es algo grandioso y espero lo puedas vivir en grande.

Ésta semana tiene uno de los temas que más me han llamado la atención en el HiveOpenMic, "Otaku" ya me imagino la cantidad de cosas increíbles que mis compañeros van a crear, estoy emocionado por eso.

A big greeting to all the huge HiveOpenMic community in week 167, grateful to God for the opportunity to be here once again sharing the stage with such wonderful people like you.

I have been quite busy, and I have not been able to be constant in the participations, but here I am once again giving my best for this important event that unites people from all over the world, it is the international stage of HiveOpenMic.

I want to congratulate our featured artist of the week @eudarcabello, having this appointment is something great and I hope you can live it big.

This week has one of the themes that have caught my attention in the HiveOpenMic, "Otaku " I can already imagine the amount of incredible things that my colleagues are going to create, I'm excited for that.

El Anime ha sido una parte importante de mi vida.

Creo que todas las personas que nacimos de 1990 hasta la actualidad hemos sido influenciados por la animación japonesa, desde muy pequeño llegué a ver series como: Samurai X, Pokémon, Digimon, Sailormoon, Shaman King, Naruto, Dragon Ball, entre otras...

Era una época donde teníamos que esperar una semana para ver un episodio en la Televisión!

Imagínense la explosión de alegría al ver un capitulo de tu serie favorita luego de esperar tanto tiempo, hoy en día, las cosas son muy distintas y puede ver una serie de 12 o 24 episodios en un solo día, creo que la magia de esperar a ver que sucedía era grandioso, daba mucha intriga.

Actualmente, tengo años sin ver anime, creo que eso se debe a que me he convertido en un hombre maduro (o eso creo 🤣🤣🤣), o tal vez las tramas ya no me parecen tan seductoras, pero cuando era niño o adolescente me encantaba ver anime, llegué a ir a convenciones de Otaku, aunque jamás me he considerado uno de ellos.

Anime has been an important part of my life.

I think that all of us who were born from 1990 to the present have been influenced by Japanese animation, since I was very young I got to see series like: Samurai X, Pokémon, Digimon, Sailormoon, Shaman King, Naruto, Dragon Ball, among others......**.

*It was a time when we had to wait a week to see an episode on TV!

Imagine the explosion of joy to see an episode of your favorite series after waiting so long, today, things are very different and you can watch a series of 12 or 24 episodes in a single day, I think the magic of waiting to see what happened was great, it gave a lot of intrigue.

Currently, I have years without watching anime, I think that's because I have become a mature man (or so I think 🤣🤣🤣🤣), or maybe the plots no longer seem so seductive to me, but when I was a kid or teenager I loved watching anime, I got to go to Otaku conventions, although I have never considered myself one of them.

Naruto - Sorrow and Sadness - ¡La dificultad de tocar lento!

Cuando tenía aproximadamente 17 años, comencé a tocar guitarra, recuerdo que mi pasión por el instrumento era abismal, así que tocaba la música que más me gustaba, siempre buscaba tablaturas por internet, porque en aquel tiempo no leía partituras, tendrían que pasar como 4 años para que yo comenzara a leer música en un pentagrama.

Una de las primeras canciones que recuerdo haberme aprendido en la guitarra fue ésta, Sorrow and Sadnees, era una de los Soundtracks que más me gustaban de Naruto, por su melancolía y su drama sonoro.

Con la experiencia musical, me he dado cuenta que es un enorme reto el hecho de tocar en pulsos lentos, tal vez la gente pensará todo lo contrario, pero el hecho de interpretar una pieza como ésta, radica en respetar la duración de los sonidos sin cortar las frases melódicas, y éso es todo un reto técnico e interpretativo.

Naruto - Sorrow and Sadness - The difficulty of playing slow!

When I was about 17 years old, I started playing guitar, I remember that my passion for the instrument was abysmal, so I played the music I liked the most, I was always looking for tablature on the internet, because at that time I didn't read sheet music, it would take about 4 years for me to start reading music on a staff.

One of the first songs I remember learning on the guitar was this one, Sorrow and Sadnees, it was one of the Soundtracks I liked the most from Naruto, for its melancholy and its sonorous drama.

With the musical experience, I have realized that it is a huge challenge to play in slow pulses, maybe people will think the opposite, but the fact of interpreting a piece like this, lies in respecting the duration of the sounds without cutting the melodic phrases, and that is a technical and interpretive challenge.
