Once again I want to express my warm greetings to all music fans and members of the community. Today I share with you my trumpet performance of "Spanish Eyes," a ballad composed by Bert Kaempfert in 1965. It was originally an instrumental piece titled "Moon over Naples" before being adapted with lyrics by composers Charlie Singleton and Eddie Snyder. I have had the opportunity to listen to versions of Engelbert Humperdinck, Julio Iglesias and Luis Miguel. This time I perform it in the Bolero genre with a slow and melancholic tempo, with a 4/4 rhythm. The melody is simple and memorable, with a range of one octave and is based on a minor scale, giving it a melancholic tone. The harmony is based on major and minor chords. The song begins with an I-IV-V chord progression, which is a common progression in popular music. The texture is mainly monodic, with a single vocal line accompanied by simple orchestration.

I feel great gratitude for those who enjoy my content, for those who have taken the time to teach me, and for those who have had encouraging words. When we focus on the good things in life, we are more likely to be happy and satisfied with our lives. This is because gratitude helps us appreciate the things we have, instead of focusing on the things we don't have. I personally prefer to focus on the good things of the past. Recently I was talking to a person, and this person only talked about the bad things that had happened to him in the past, there was nothing good. Then I reflected and said to myself: The next time I see her, I want her to tell me 10 things that she is grateful for. I believe that this exercise will help us see the glass half full rather than half empty. That will open the doors to forgiveness, freedom and life.
