Lección 1 "La Comunicación" |🎙️| Audiocurso "Comunica Mejor"

Bienvenidos a la primera lección del primer capítulo y del audiocurso en línea "Comunica Mejor". Como ya lo mencioné en este primer post, será un curso en audio (con imágenes respaldando el contenido en video). Gracias por estar pendiente y por compartirlo con el resto de la comunidad. Sin más preámbulo, empecemos con nuestra primera lección.

🗣️ En primer lugar y para entrar en contexto, definamos qué es la comunicación. El diccionario "Pequeño Larousse" define el término "comunicar" de la siguiente manera:

Comunicar: v. tr. (lat. communicare) [1a]. Hacer partícipe a otra persona o cosa de algo que se tiene. 2. Dar parte, hacer saber una cosa: comunicar una noticia. 3. Esp. Y Méx. Conversar o tratar con alguno de palabra o por escrito.

Y el diccionario de la Real Academia Española agrega estas acepciones:

Transmitir señales mediante un código común al emisor o receptor. Consultar con otros un asunto, tomando su parecer.

Comunicar significa transmitir información, pero de manera eficaz y comprensible, teniendo en cuenta todos los aspectos físicos, emocionales y ambientales para lograrlo.

🗣️ ¿Por qué comunicamos? En primer lugar, porque somos seres sociales. Es inevitable que no comuniquemos; incluso nuestros silencios y quietudes comunican. Pero el verdadero porqué o la verdadera razón la tienes tú. Tú eres quien sabe por qué estás haciendo este curso, qué te motiva a mejorar tu forma de comunicarte y de relacionarte con los demás.

🗣️ Es más fácil responder el para qué. Comunicamos para hacernos entender, para vender más, para evitar malentendidos con nuestros familiares y compañeros, para darle un mejor trato a nuestros clientes, para ser mejores en los roles que tenemos como seres humanos. Para llevarnos mejor con nuestros hijos, abuelos, primos, pareja, vecinos, con el señor del mercado, etc.

Una comunicación eficaz nos permite transmitir mejor nuestros pensamientos y sentimientos y, en consecuencia, sentirnos mejor con nosotros mismos. Sin embargo, el motivo también es subjetivo, y sólo tú sabes la verdadera razón por la que quieres comunicarte mejor. Así que nunca olvides por qué y para qué estás leyendo y escuchando hoy este curso.

🗣️ ¿Cómo comunicamos? De muchas formas: escrita, verbal, vocal, gestual. La vocal y gestual son en las que nos centraremos en este curso, intentando aprender juntos cómo hacerlo de la forma más correcta y eficaz.

🗣️ ¿Dónde nos comunicamos? Bueno, queridos, la pregunta es: ¿dónde NO comunicamos? Porque hasta nuestra postura mientras dormimos refleja nuestro estado de ánimo. Nos comunicamos todo el tiempo y en todas partes, por eso es tan importante ser conscientes de cómo lo hacemos. Lo que comunicamos a menudo determina nuestro éxito en las áreas vitales de nuestra vida, sean cuales sean para ti.

La comunicación es algo que no podemos descuidar. Si lo hacemos, podemos tener resultados no muy agradables ni positivos tales como malos entendidos, discusiones, resentimientos, accidentes, divorcios, heridas emocionales duraderas, ansiedad, estrés, pérdida de oportunidades de negocio e incluso, la muerte.

No minimicemos la importancia de saber comunicar eficazmente. Puede significar la diferencia entre el éxito y el fracaso personal, entre la "gloria" familiar, sentimental, laboral y hasta una vida sexual estupendamente satisfactoria

Without further ado, let's get started with our first lesson.

🗣️ First and for context, let's define what communication is. The dictionary "Pequeño Larousse" defines the term "communicate" as follows:

Communicate: v. tr. (lat. communicare) [1a]. To share with another person or thing something that one has. 2. To report, to make something known: to communicate a piece of news. 3. esp. and Mex. to converse or deal with someone by word or in writing.

And the dictionary of the "Real Academia Española" adds these meanings:

Transmitting signals by means of a code common to the sender or receiver. To consult with others on a matter, taking their opinion.

To communicate means to transmit information, but in an effective and understandable way, taking into account all the physical, emotional and environmental aspects to achieve it.

🗣️ Why do we communicate? First of all, because we are social beings. It's inevitable that we don't communicate; even our silences and stillness communicate. But the real why or the real reason is you. You are the one who knows why you are doing this course, what motivates you to improve the way you communicate and relate to others.

🗣️ It's easier to answer the what for. We communicate to make ourselves understood, to sell more, to avoid misunderstandings with our family and peers, to give our customers a better deal, to be better at the roles we have as human beings. To get along better with our children, grandparents, cousins, partners, neighbors, the man at the market, etc.

Effective communication allows us to better convey our thoughts and feelings and consequently feel better about ourselves. However, the reason is also subjective, and only you know the real reason why you want to communicate better. So never forget why and what you are reading and listening to this course today.

🗣️ How do we communicate? In many ways: written, verbal, vocal, gestural. Vocal and gestural are the ones we will focus on in this course, trying to learn together how to do it in the most correct and effective way.

Where do we communicate? Well, dear ones, the question is: where do we NOT communicate Because even our posture while we sleep reflects our state of mind. We communicate all the time and everywhere, which is why it's so important to be aware of how we do it. What we communicate often determines our success in the vital areas of our lives, whatever they may be for you.

Communication is something we cannot neglect. If we do, we can have less than pleasant and positive results such as misunderstandings, arguments, resentment, accidents, divorce, lasting emotional wounds, anxiety, stress, lost business opportunities and even death.

Let's not minimize the importance of knowing how to communicate effectively. It can mean the difference between personal success and failure, between family "glory", sentimental "glory", work "glory" and even a wonderfully satisfying sex life.
