Hello guys. am @glowie. I did a cover of "Arcade" by Duncan Lawrence. "Arcade" is a song by Dutch singer-songwriter Duncan Laurence, which won the Eurovision Song Contest 2019.

The song was inspired by a broken relationship in Laurence's past. He said he wanted to capture "the feeling of when someone gets under your skin and it's almost impossible to get them out of your mind."

"Arcade" topped the charts in several European countries, including Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands, and reached the top 10 in Sweden, Finland, and Switzerland.
The song was originally rejected for the 2018 edition of the Eurovision Song Contest, but it was eventually selected to represent the Netherlands in 2019.

Laurence's Eurovision performance featured him alone on stage, standing behind a piano. This simplicity helped highlight the emotional power of the song and resonated with audiences.

This is part of the reasons I love songs of this kind. One that gives true and deep meaning. I really enjoyed this song when I first listened to it that's why I chose to do a cover of it for this week in regards to the week's theme.
