Estamos en un momento crucial para compartir nuestra Música Tradicional de Navidad, de Venezuela para el mundo, por tal motivo, hoy les traigo un regalo del oriente del país, titulado Aguinaldo Bello, cuyos autores son: Eliécer Cecilio Espinoza, María Rodríguez y Pablo Ortíz, popularizado por nuestra querida Cantora María Rodríguez, llamada popularmente como la Sirena, este género se ejecuta en todo el Edo Sucre.

We are in a crucial moment to share our Traditional Christmas Music, from Venezuela to the world, for that reason, today I bring you a gift from the east of the country, titled Aguinaldo Bello, whose authors are: Eliécer Cecilio Espinoza, María Rodríguez and Pablo Ortíz, popularized by our beloved Cantora María Rodríguez, popularly called as la Sirena, this genre is performed throughout the Edo Sucre.

El Aguinaldo, es uno de los géneros más importantes en la navidad venezolana, se ejecuta mandolina o bandolín, cuatro, maracas, furro, tambora o caja cuadrada, guitarra, charrasca, entre otros. Además, tiene distintas estructuras musicales a lo largo y ancho del país, cada región lo canta y toca de manera diferente, lo más resaltante, es que son cantos tradicionales vinculados a la devoción de la gente con el niño Jesús, festejando su nacimiento, integración, equilibrio y paz en los hogares.

The Aguinaldo, is one of the most important genres in the Venezuelan Christmas, it is played mandolin or bandolin, cuatro, maracas, furro, tambora or square box, guitar, charrasca, among others. In addition, it has different musical structures throughout the country, each region sings and plays it differently, the highlight is that they are traditional songs linked to the devotion of the people with the baby Jesus, celebrating his birth, integration, balance and peace in homes.
