Un gran abrazo a toda la comunidad de SPLINTERLANDS, esta batalla que he elegido para participar en el BATTLE MAGE SECRETS estuvo caracterizada por muchas limitaciones en la variable mana, y al mismo tiempo en la forma de ataque a estar presente producto de la condición de batalla KEEP YOUR DISTANCE. Una batalla que vino a poner a prueba el ingenio en ese proceso de elección de monstruos donde solo se disponían de 12 puntos de mana, y solo podíamos elegir monstruos de mana par por la condición de batalla EVEN STEVENS.

A big hug to all the SPLINTERLANDS community, this battle that I have chosen to participate in the BATTLE MAGE SECRETS was characterized by many limitations in the variable mana, and at the same time in the form of attack to be present product of the battle condition KEEP YOUR DISTANCE. Por otro lado la condición de batalla KEEP YOUR DISTANCE., condición temática de la semana, viene a permitir solo la presencia de atacantes a distancia y de monstruos que no atacan, y en torno a esto veo lo importante que es contar con el FURIOUS CHICKEN en nivel 01 en nuestro mazo, dado que es la única carta con 0 puntos de mana en el juego, que no ataca, y que por lo tanto puede ser usada en este tipo de batallas, donde por lo crítico de la variable mana es bastante oportuno su uso.

Y es que los colegas del FURIOUS CHICKEN con cero de mana, ya nacen como atacantes cuerpo a cuerpo, situación que viene a resaltar lo versátil de este monstruo, quien además por su naturaleza neutral puede ser combinado con cualquier splinter, sin lugar a dudas que el FURIOUS CHICKEN si que es insuperable, y por eso es una de mis cartas favoritas, y en esta batalla que he ganado por supuesto que no podía dejar de emplearlo. Procedamos a revisar los planteamientos estratégicos tanto de mi rival como de mi persona.

Análisis de las alineaciones empleadas en la Batalla

A sabiendas de las limitaciones de mana, era bastante probable la presencia de monstruos con poca vida, de allí a que la magia fuese mi arma predilecta para esta batalla, decidiendo invocar a mis monstruos con OBSIDIAN para fortalecer en 01 punto esta estadística de ataque mágico; colocando como tanque sacrificio al FURIOUS CHICKEN, y en la segunda y tercera posición a legendario QUEEN MYCELIA y MAGI OF THE FOREST, respectivamente, como se puede apreciar a continuación.

Analysis of the alignments used in the Battle

Knowing the mana limitations, it was quite likely the presence of monsters with low life, hence magic was my weapon of choice for this battle, deciding to summon my monsters with OBSIDIAN to strengthen in 01 point this magic attack statistic; placing as sacrifice tank the FURIOUS CHICKEN, and in the second and third position to legendary QUEEN MYCELIA and MAGI OF THE FOREST, respectively, as can be seen below.

Acumulando en este sentido 05 puntos de daño mágico, para hacer frente a un rival que también usa a OBSIDIAN como invocador, pero que falla al no plantear únicamente monstros mágicos, en su lugar utiliza un arquero; solo su tanque es atacante mágico, el gordo GOBLIN PSYCHIC, lo cual no fue la mejor elección, porque a pesar de que se cura es un monstruo de velocidad 01, y es posible que no le dé tiempo ni de atacar y mucho menos de mejorar su salud.

Además acá quiero resaltar al apreciar las dos alineaciones planteadas, que por la baja vida de los monstruos, atacar primero te pude dar una ventaja definitiva, y noten que el tanque de mi rival está en total desventaja incluso hasta con QEEN MYCELIA, dado que a pesar de que tienen la misma velocidad de 01 punto, y la misma forma de ataque, el orden de accionar viene dado por la naturaleza, y mi legendario es superior al común GOBLIN PSYCHIC, lo que enaltece el poder de los legendarios de bajo mana para estas situaciones donde muchos aspectos restringen esta variable. Una interesante batalla que nos deja varios aprendizaje, uno de ellos es como la naturaleza del monstruo influye en el orden de ataque, en los casos que la velocidad y la forma de ataque sean las mismas.
