Mi primera clase de comboxing 🥊|| My first comboxing class🥊 [ESP/ENG]

Hola amigos de Hive ❤️ Les deseo un feliz día a todos los que me visitan en esta ocasión, hoy les quiero compartir después de mucho tiempo un pequeño video resumiéndoles un poco lo que fue la celebración del aniversario #21 del centro comercial "Marina Plaza" en la ciudad donde vivo, Cumaná, en donde se pudo disfrutar de una divertida sesión de actividades deportivas de la mano de los amigos organizadores e instructores "Cumaná Saludable". De todas las clases hubo una que me intereso mucho mas que las demás y es el comboxing, y aunque aun me falta mucho por practicar para seguir mejorando, pienso que para haber sido una de mis primeras clases, me lo disfrute mucho, siento que lo hice bastante bien de lo que esperaba y con ello puedo mantenerme activa físicamente.

Una de esas razones por las que me llama mucho la atención el comboxing es que aprendes a realizar este tipo de movimientos de combate mediante la música, seguir esa especie de coreografía me encanta sobre todo porque además estos movimientos son muy útiles a la hora de saber defensa personal. Espero seguirles compartiendo mi progreso en esta disciplina, bien sea por mi parte entrenando desde casa o en futuras participaciones en mas clases como esta.

Hello friends of Hive ❤️ I wish a happy day to all who visit me on this occasion, today I want to share with you after a long time a little video summarizing what was the celebration of the anniversary #21 of the shopping center "Marina Plaza" in the city where I live, Cumana, where you could enjoy a fun session of sports activities from the hand of the organizers and instructors friends "Cumaná Saludable". Of all the classes there was one that interested me much more than the others and that is comboxing, and although I still have a lot to practice to continue improving, I think that for being one of my first classes, I enjoyed it a lot, I feel that I did quite well than I expected and with it I can stay physically active.

One of the reasons why comboxing attracts my attention is that you learn to perform this type of combat moves through music, I love to follow that kind of choreography, especially because these movements are also very useful when it comes to knowing self-defense. I hope to continue sharing my progress in this discipline, either by myself training from home or in future participations in more classes like this one.
