Today has been one of the most stressful days of my life, thanks to leg day at the gym because it always hit differently, and after the workout, i was able to burned almost 1000 calories. Despite the fatigue, I continue with my boxing training to keep the momentum going. Lately, I have been experiencing some pain in my hand, but I hope it's just a normal thing that will fade away soon. Reflecting on today's training, I feel that I couldn't give it my all, but it was still an amazing time. Check out my short video, and see you next time!
