¡Hola querida comunidad de Hive Food!🍽

En esta ocasión queremos compartir con ustedes un valioso recuerdo. Se trata de un Proyecto Final de Grado de Manuel David, llevado acabo el año pasado mientras cursaba el 2° grado de primaria. El proyecto tenía como fin, recrear una de las comidas típicas venezolanas, y en este caso optamos por unas deliciosas:

Empanadas

Como bien sabemos son las favoritas de la mayoría de los venezolanos, incluyendo al chef Manuel. Y a su vez, una receta muy fácil de preparar.

On this occasion we want to share with you a valuable memory. This is a Final Grade Project of Manuel David, carried out last year while he was in the 2nd grade of elementary school. The purpose of the project was to recreate one of the typical Venezuelan meals, and in this case we chose some delicious ones:

Empanadas

As we all know, they are a favorite of most Venezuelans, including Chef Manuel. And at the same time, a very easy recipe to prepare.

La preparación de este video nos tenía tan entusiasmados, que hubo un gran equipo de trabajo detrás de cámaras. Además de nosotros 👉🏻@dulcitosml, estuvieron Ennys y Josennys Rojas, vecinas nuestras por muchísimos años, quienes nos ayudaron con la realización de la escenografía y el traje de chef de Manuel David, las cuales pusieron mucho empeño en que éste luciera muy bien para él.

Así mismo, la Abuela Rosa se aseguró de que los ingredientes fueran los ideales y que siguiera el paso a paso para lograr unas deliciosas empanadas.

The preparation of this video had us so excited, that there was a great team working behind the scenes. Besides us 👉🏻@dulcitosml, there were Ennys and Josennys Rojas, our neighbors for many years, who helped us with the scenery and Manuel David's chef outfit, who put a lot of effort in making it look great for him.

Likewise, Grandma Rosa made sure that the ingredients were ideal and that she followed the step-by-step instructions to achieve delicious empanadas.

Éste video es un tesoro para nosotros porque disfrutamos muchísimo este día. Nos hizo feliz ver a Manuel hacer esas cosas que tanto le gustan, ya que siempre quiere ayudar en la cocina y estar por allí grabando videos. Trabajar en este proyecto fue hacer realidad los juegos de un niño que es creativo y sueña en grande.

Además fue el primer video de cocina en el que trabajamos, así que podemos decir que ha sido un impulso para lo que hoy con mucho cariño hacemos y compartimos con ustedes.

This video is a treasure for us because we really enjoyed this day. It made us happy to see Manuel doing those things he loves so much, since he always wants to help in the kitchen and be out there recording videos. Working on this project was to make the games of a child who is creative and dreams big come true.

It was also the first cooking video we worked on, so we can say that it has been an impulse for what we do today with much affection and share with you.
