Hive Music Festival week 72 round 3 || "La BAMBA" Flauta Dulce [Eng-Esp]

Hello, to the entire Hive Community, especially the musicians who make life at this music festival. Which I find very cool and motivating when it comes to making music for the Community.
This is my first participation in this festival, the only instrument I learned to play was the flute.

Hola, a toda la Comunidad de Hive en especial a los músicos que hacen vida en este festival de música. Que me parece muy genial y motivador a la hora de hacer música para la Comunidad.
Esta es mi primera participación en este festival, el único instrumento que aprendí a tocar fue la flauta.

And in the last month I have been researching the Music communities that make life here in the Hive Community and I was impressed by the number of artists there are and that motivated me to play the flute again after many years. As I explain in the video, I think this is the third song I have played for HIVE.

Y en el último mes he estado investigando sobre las comunidades de Música que hacen vida aquí en la Comunidad de Hive y me impresiono la cantidad de artistas que hay y eso me motivo a volver a tocar la flauta después de muchos años. Como les explico en el video creo que esta es la tercera canción que toco para HIVE.

Without a doubt, I am sure that as I motivated myself to return to my instrument, many people have had the same thing happen to them, this motivates me to practice a lot to make the participation as good as possible. The song I am going to perform today is “LA BAMBA” its composer was Richard Steven Valenzuela Reyes better known as “Ritchie Valens”.

Sin duda estoy seguro que como me motive yo a volver a mi instrumento muchas personas les ha pasado igual, esto motiva a practicar mucho para hacer la participación lo mejor posible. La canción que voy a interpretar hoy es “LA BAMBA” su compositor fue Richard Steven Valenzuela Reyes mejor conocido como “Ritchie Valens”.

Most people have heard this beautiful song, which for those who don't know Ritchie Valens, American singer, songwriter and guitarist but of Mexican origin if I'm not mistaken. He was one of the pioneers of Rock and Roll and the first to sing Rock and Roll in Spanish, without a doubt a celebrity.

La mayoría de las personas han escuchado esta hermosa canción, que para el que no conoce a Ritchie Valens, cantante, compositor y guitarrista estado unidense pero de origen mexicano si no me equivoco. Él fue uno de los pioneros del Rock and Roll y el primero que canto el Rock and Roll en español, sin duda una celebridad.

I learned to play this song many years ago when I was in school and one of the reasons why I chose to learn this song was because it was Rock and I was very young at that time and I said what a rock song sounded like on the flute like this I searched and chose this song “LA BAMBA”

Yo aprendí a tocar esta canción hace muchos años cuando estaba en el colegio y una de las razones por las cuales elegí aprender esta canción fue porque era Rock y yo era muy niño para ese tiempo y dije como sonara una canción de rock en la flauta así que busque y elegí esta canción “LA BAMBA”

Also giving great credit and respect to Ritchie Valens for composing that song and daring to sing in Spanish at a time when Rock was only in English, that made my head go BOOM and the saddest thing is that he died at a very young age, very young being 17 years old. I always told my grandfather that it would be a thing of the past if Ritchie had lived much longer. How many great Hits were given to us.

Dándole también un gran mérito y respeto a Ritchie Valens por componer esa canción y atreverse a cantar en español en un tiempo donde solo era el Rock en inglés, eso hizo que mi cabeza hiciera BOOM y lo más triste es que murió a muy temprana edad, muy joven teniendo 17 años. Siempre le decía a mi abuelo que fuera pasado si Ritchie fuera vivido mucho más tiempo. Cuantos grandes Hits nos fuera regalado.

Before leaving you with my interpretation, I want to tell you and recommend that if you haven't heard it, go and enjoy that great song, and that's not the only one. It has other hits like We Belong Together, Come On, Let's Go and Donna, but unfortunately I was never able to do those. learn them on the flute, but whenever I can I listen to them on my iPod while I go skating.

Antes de dejarlos con mi interpretación quiero decirles y recomendarles que si no la han escuchado vayan y disfruten de esa genial canción, y esa no es la única tiene otros éxitos como We Belong Together, Come On, Let's Go y Donna pero lastimosamente esos nunca pude aprenderlos en la flauta, pero siempre que puedo los escucho en mi Ipod mientras voy a patinar.
