How to say "I'm sorry"

We all have a desire to forgive and be forgiven. This book is a guide meant for you to discover your apology language. We have 5 main apology languages and in this book you can find a test to help you find yours. "When Sorry Isn't Enough: Making Thing Right with Those You Love"by Gary Chapman and Jennifer Thomas is a must read.

Now I can understand why it happened so often to receive apologies and consider them insincere. In fact we speak different apology languages. For some people " I'm sorry" is not good as an apology unless it is followed by actions or a changed attitude. I was so happy I could make the test and find my language, I am sure it will be very useful to communicate it to my future partner. A relationship will not work if one of them or both feel they did not receive proper apologies. Hiding resentment under the rug won't work.
