Cold beetroot Soup in 5 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

2 Servings
500g (1.1 lbs) kefir
100g (3.5 oz) beets, boiled or marinated
100g (3.5 oz) fresh cucumbers
10 onion leaves
A pinch of fresh dill
Salt and peper, to taste

FOR SERVING (if you want)

400g (21.1 oz) potatoes, boiled

Two eggs

Dill, chopped, to taste

PREPARATION

Step 1/3

Finely chop the vegetables: cucumbers, beets (you may grate these), onion leaves, and dill. Mix them all in a large bowl.

Step 2/3

Pour the kefir over the vegetables, flavor with salt according to taste, mix and let stand for several minutes (the longer the mixed vegetables stand, the tastier the soup will be).

Step 3/3

Pour the soup into bowls, cut the boiled egg in pieces into the bowls. The cold soup is served with hot boiled potatoes flavored with dill.

Hivefest

Being in Mexico with fellow #Hive enthusiasts at Hivefest would have been an amazing experience. We had a fantastic time at last year's Hivefest in Amsterdam. However, this time, it's both costly and quite a distant journey for us. But fret not!

A big shoutout to @theycallmedan and @guiltyparties for making #ColdBeetRootSoup happen in Mexico! It's absolutely mind-blowing! 😍

Attendees of @Hivefest will have the chance to savor Lithuania's national dish: Cold Beetroot Soup. While some of you may have already had a taste, for many, this will be a delightful first experience. This soup is the ideal choice for cooling off during hot summer days or in the warm Mexican climate.

Marketing

Having this soup served in Mexico holds great significance for #CBRS. It's a pivotal part of our overarching strategy to #promote Hive in Lithuania. Our government has long been using Cold Beetroot Soup as a symbol of our country, and we take immense pride in it. A selection of the soup images and videos captured at #Hivefest will be forwarded to the Lithuanian media. It might be a modest media post with limited reach, or it could potentially become a massive success, reaching thousands of individuals and propagating awareness about #HiveBlockchain.
