😻🐱🐈🐾Tale of 3 Tails: Chapter 25 - Confession Time! 😻🐱🐈🐾

Apparently, I'm having a bit of an issue with where my loyalties lie when it comes to my furbabies. It's always been clear that a) I am a cat person and b) my furbabies come 1st, but good heavens has life thrown me some totally unfair and irresistible cutiepies that have questioned my very core as a fur-mommy.

I've introduced Meow Meow before, but here he is again, on our boundary wall between us and our neighbours, in all his gloriously floofy, majestic beauty. It's true, he is an asshole. Even his owners say he's an asshole, but good lord does he make up for it in pure gorgeousness. I know he upsets my cat's, especially the girls. Mittens has a love/ hate relationship with him in that they love to brawl. For mittens, its just a game, but Meow Meow takes it far more seriously. Meow Meow is also an enormous cat. According to @zakludick though, Mittens gives Meow Meow a total run for his money. The last fight witnessed, there was more white fur flying than black, so for a kitten/ catten (teenage cat), Mittens is either really brave or really stupid. It's probably honestly a combination.

Mittens has also been displaying his own unapologetic levels of ridiculous cuteness. Just look at how he's taken over the couch!

Lexi has been out on the prowl a lot lately. Although our neighbours who were feeding her have moved out, I believe she has some other poor soul wrapped around her finger where she obtains treats and a break from Mittens and the kids. When she does come home, I can't help but make a massive fuss over her. She is just such a uniquely gorgeous cat. My mom sent me this screenshot the other day asking if it's possible if Lexi has some wild cat in her, and I definitely think she's right. Lexi is an African wild cat/ Siamese/ tabby. This combo makes her fiercely independent, very vocal and extremely affectionate (but only on her own terms). When she comes to lie with me I feel like "the chosen one" 😍🐾 for such a fancy cat, she sure does make a big mess when she eats though. She's also SUCH a drama queen. Like she won't just come and cuddle quietly. She 1st has to make a whole song and dance about it. Whether she's trying to get my attention to watch her enter through my open bedroom window or my open bedroom door, there's a whole procedure where she meows at me and I have to beg her to come inside.🙄😹

This weekend, I got the chance to have a bit of a retreat, to ease my anxiety. My friends needed to get away for a holiday (they hadn't taken a break in YEARS) and they asked me to come over and look after the house and the furbabies. Let me get this straight, not only am I a cat person, but when it comes to dogs, I'm like, get a real dog if you have to. Not a tiny yapper. But then I met Roxy... and she undid the fabric of my existence on this earth. Granted, she is dumb as anything, but good heavens, if happiness could be anthropomorphized, she would be it. She constantly wants to be up, cuddled, and loved and every time she sees you (like anyone) it's like the most exciting thing that's ever happened to her. She was also surprisingly un-yappy. Perhaps @aimeludick's requests for a toy-pom weren't too crazy after all... I'm just saying, if one falls into my lap somehow, I won't say no...

Oh God, did I mention she snores?

Reality did kick in upon arriving home though, as I realized it was time for all of us to have our scheduled quarterly deworming. Also, at least cats go poop in the neighbour's garden as God intended. Dogs are far less independent.

But still, I mean... she's sort of a cat, right? I'm certainly sure that Roxy doesn't really pass as a dog :p... @zakludick I'm just saying 😂😂😜😜🐾🐾🐈🐈
