Qué onda mis estimados amigos hivers, en esta nueva oportunidad en mi canal de 3speak me alegra volver hacer contenido para la comunidad Hive Food, no había vuelto a publicar aquí desde el mes de mayo cuando les publique un video donde hacia una rica chica, siempre tuve en mi mente hacer otro post, aunque mi pasión son los videojuegos pero muy dentro de mi hay espacio para la repostería ya que me encanta el dulce.

Desde hace unos dos meses para acá he visto que en las redes sociales se ha viralizado un dulce muy bueno que le dicen mandíbula de chocolate, es una especie de tableta, que se hace al congelar porciones de una mescla de una fruta bien picada con yogurt y luego bañada en chocolate. Apenas vi ese dulce se me hizo agua la boca y quise tratar de hacerlo

El procedimiento para hacer las mandíbulas de chocolate inicia en picar todas las fresas en cuadrito, hay que mezclarlas con yogurt, lo más recomendable es que uses yogurt griego pero yogurt natural igual sirve. Después de mezclar bien hay que dividir la mezcla en porciones circulares y meterlo al congelador hasta que esté bien congelado, luego debes derretir el chocolate para darle un baño de chocolate, nuevamente va al congelador hasta que el choclare se endurezca y ya estaría lista para que les tus mordisco y suene un crush espectacular.
