    Solo Tríceps... Músculo a Explotar. Preparados, porque hoy el día es de brazos y nos vamos a una explosión muscular del tríceps. A través de nuestras bandas de resistencia tenemos preparado un conjunto de movimientos sumamente variados y combinados, para darle aun más exigencia a nuestro cuerpo.     Triceps Only... Muscle to Explode. Get ready, because today is the day of arms and we are going to a triceps muscle explosion. Through our resistance bands, we have prepared a set of highly varied and combined movements, to give even more demand to our bodies.     El cambio corporal y de vida inicia con los ejercicios de calentamiento. No olvides que tu cuerpo debe estar totalmente apto para acciones fuertes. Estos movimientos son necesarios y obligatorios. Evitemos lesiones. Calentamiento 1; apertura lateral de brazos y pierna alterna. Seguimos con el Calentamiento 2; torción lateral con brazo sobre la cabeza, 3 minutos de cada ejercicio. Si aún sientes que tu cuerpo no está en las condiciones esperadas, calienta un poco más. Recordar tomar descansos de 20 segundos entre ejercicios, y de 1 a 2 minutos entre series; no olvides hidratarte, ya que debemos reponer los fluidos y las sales pérdidas durante la acción.

    El circuito principal está constituido por 3 estaciones. Estación 1, patadas de tríceps en sentadilla, combinación perfecta; full acción, 20 repeticiones x 4 series. Estación 2, extensión de tríceps sobre la cabeza, tonificación superior. 20 repeticiones x 4 series. Estación 3, jalones de tríceps. Fuerza total. 20 repeticiones en 4 series.
