Recientemente, el Banco nos ha enviado una carta diciendo que nos han CANCELADO la cuenta de Kiara por no cumplir con los pagos acordados. Resulta que después de mirar el historial de pagos, no hemos ajustado bien el pago de Kiara y faltaron unos centimos por pagar por los últimos dos pagos.

En esta carta también nos enviaron un cheque por parte del dinero que hasta el momento habíamos ahorrado. Casi la midad del dinero ya no nos lo han devuelto por penalización. Y yo me pregunto: Por qué no hacer una transferencia igual que como nosotros le hemos estado enviando el dinero? Por qué no avisar del error antes de cancelar la cuenta?

Las razones son muy simples, si volvemos a abrir la cuenta tenemos que pagar gastos de gestión más comisiones para abrir una cuenta para la niña y si aceptamos la cencelación, entonces se quedan con casi la mitad del dinero por penlazación.
