This super complete training routine is made up of the execution of a series of exercises, where we work with our own body weight, among which we can mention: Diamond push-ups, Push-ups with applause, regular push-ups, peak push-ups, push-ups taking off hands and open archery push-ups.
Haremos 3 rondas de este circuito iniciando con flexiones en diamante, las repeticiones deben ser entre 8 a 10 repeticiones cada ejercicio, seguido flexiones con aplausos, a medida que vamos cambiando de ejercico, la rutina se va a haciendo mucho más intensa y difícil por lo tanto debemos estar completamente concentrado y capacitado para lo que estamos haciendo, ya finalizando las flexiones con aplausos vamos a las flexiones regulares, seguido de flexiones en pico, para terminar de quemar esos hombros y ya asi terminar con los dos últimos ejercicios que serían flexiones despegando manos y flexiones abiertas tipo arqueras.
