¡Taller de Lady Style con Susire Nieto! [ESP-ENG]

Espero te encuentres muy bien y hayas tenido una excelente semana!! Hoy les comparto con mucha felicidad este video de del Taller de Lady Style que realicé el pasado viernes con Sunsire Nieto. No se si recuerden, pero el año pasado se dio la misma oportunidad en el mes de diciembre, con la diferencia que el Taller fue en Pareja, junto a Miguel Casas; te dejo el link igual por si quisieras ver esa linda experiencia. Y cuando me entré que Sunsi volví a Venezuela no lo pensé dos veces para asistir a esa increíble clase.

I hope you are feeling well and have had a great week! Today I am very happy to share with you this video of the Lady Style Workshop I did last Friday with Sunsire Nieto. I don't know if you remember, but last year I had the same opportunity in December, with the difference that the workshop was in Couple, with Miguel Casas; I leave you the link just in case you want to see that nice experience. And when I heard that Sunsi came back to Venezuela I didn't think twice to attend that incredible class.

Sunsi es venezolana pero lleva años viviendo y formándose en España. Ha aprendido de los grandes de la Bachata Sensual, y por ello estas oportunidades las aprovecho al máximo. Yo amo con todo mi corazón la Bachata, cada día busco de progresar; y vivir estos talleres me llena de inspiración, amor y me reafirmo que es el estilo de baile que más hace vibrar a mi alma y corazón. Además, Sunsi es un ser humano espectacular, enseña con todo el cariño y detalle del mundo; la pueden ver bailando emocionada con mi hermanita jajaj que por los vientos que soplan, va a amar también la Bachata.

El Taller tuvo como objetivo pperfeccionar la Base y Movientos Básicos, que déjenme decirles que para nada básico fue ese taller para nosotras, JAJAJA. Es impresionante la diferencia entre técnicas y expresión corporal; se desaprendieron muchas cosas que analizándolas tienen muchísima lógica a como Sunsi las enseñó, y creo que es lo más valioso de todo. La secuencia particularmente no me salió perfecta, pero la disfruté un montón y me enfoqué en realizar cada detalle enseñado para ir registrando esas sensaciones en mi cuerpo. De verdad estoy sumamente agradecida y motivada de practicar y practicar cada técnica y movimiento para lograr hacerlos parte de mi, y por supuesto, de mi baile...

Sunsi is Venezuelan but has been living and training in Spain for years. She has learned from the greats of Bachata Sensual, and that is why I take full advantage of these opportunities. I love Bachata with all my heart, every day I seek to progress; and living these workshops fills me with inspiration, love and reaffirms me that it is the dance style that most vibrates my heart and soul. In addition, Sunsi is a spectacular human being, she teaches with all the love and detail in the world; you can see her dancing excitedly with my little sister hahahah that by the winds that blow, she will also love Bachata.

The objective of the workshop was to perfect the Base and Basic Movements, and let me tell you that this workshop was not basic at all for us, HAHAHAHA. It is impressive the difference between techniques and body expression; many things were unlearned that if you analyze them, they have a lot of logic to how Sunsi taught them, and I think that is the most valuable thing of all. The sequence was not particularly perfect, but I enjoyed it a lot and I focused on performing every detail taught to register those sensations in my body. I am really grateful and motivated to practice and practice every technique and movement to make them part of me and, of course, of my dance...
