    About :

    Hey guys πŸ‘‹βœ¨
I hope you're doing well and enjoying good health πŸ’«

Last week me and my friend @sundas.manzoor had decided to exchange letter related to women's day.
I'm a bit(may be more) nostalgic person, and when I look back at the letters which I or anyone wrote us, it literally takes me to some other world. You see, now we communicate through messaging online, but the conversations vanish one day or the other. But handwrittens retain their essence.

Moving to the letters that we wrote each other, I was very excited to write her up. We had decided to keep the vintage theme and write letters in urdu, our national language.

    Materials

    I used following materials;

    • A4 Paper Γ—2 πŸ“„
    • Tea/coffee β˜•
    • Stamps (can be printed)
    • Dried Flowers πŸπŸ‚

    The Process of Writing Letter

I began with boiling tea in water for about 5 minutes, then stained it.
Then with a mop brush I covered the paper from from sides amd blow dried.

Then I bagan to think what exactly I'm gonna write.
When I first started writing I didn't like it, so just strapped away the piece. And started again.
(And I also hate my writing, it's pathetic.)

Then I thought about many aspects of related to women's day, I wrote it's a about women, not just for the elites, but about every women out there, who are equally important. It's about you and me, our struggles and hardwork.
But there are others who don't get a chance to even get education and despite of being full of potential. And I we being the ones who could attain some positions are responsible for the them, to pave paths for the ones coming after or with us.

Actually she loves poetry, so wrote I few verses of Allama Iqbal, our national poet.
The very first line of the poem goes as ," it's women who fill colors in the picture of universe" and I'm just in love with it.

So yeah that's how I ended writing it up.
And then started making the envelope.
For envelope I cut the paper in the square, and after that it was just 'try and err' method used.

I had these stamps that I have been saving for so long. Today was "the" day to use them.

So this is how it turned out.

Then I handed it over to her in university.

And look what she made for me😍.
I was stunned to see especially the frame, in which my username was written with these cute little flowers. I literally loved it.

And in the letter she wrote me poetry full of praise.
Ahhh the feeling of being praised by other women>>>πŸ’•

You should go check out how she made all this for me.

And @sundas.manzoor I can't explain in words that how important this is to me. And it's gonna be with me here in my journal forever ❀️.

So that's all for today, I hope you enjoyed visiting my blog.
    See ya next time.
    Bye bye πŸ‘‹πŸŒ·
