Hello how are my dear friends of hive and streetworkout comunity, this time I will bring you a very good top of stretching exercises that we can perform with our elastic band and barbell.

Sólo serán 8 ejercicios que la verdad son buenísimos para mejorar nuestra movilidad y tener más relajados nuestros músculos y articulaciones a la hora de hacer nuestra rutina. También son buenos para ganar flexibilidad en nuestros hombros y tenerlos aún más adaptados para diferentes ejercicios que impliquen flexibilidad en nuestros deltoides.

There will only be 8 exercises that are really great to improve our mobility and have our muscles and joints more relaxed when doing our routine. They are also good to gain flexibility in our shoulders and have them even more adapted for different exercises that involve flexibility in our deltoids.
