Saludos estimados amigos de la plataforma de @espavlog. Sean bienvenidos una vez más a mi canal, hoy me siento muy feliz de un gran logro que hemos obtenido mi esposa y yo como lo es el haber comprado un terreno para la construcción de nuestra propia casa aquí en Colombia en la ciudad de Barrancabermeja donde actualmente vivimos desde hace más de 5 años.

La publicación de hoy es para mí extremadamente especial, ya que lo que voy a compartir a continuación de forma escrita y como también podrán apreciarlo en formato audiovisual es un logro que marcará parte de nuestro bienestar en todos los ámbitos aquí en Colombia.

Greetings dear friends of the @espavlog platform. Welcome once again to my channel, today I feel very happy of a great achievement that my wife and I have obtained as it is to have bought a land for the construction of our own house here in Colombia in the city of Barrancabermeja where we currently live for more than 5 years.

Today's publication is extremely special for me, since what I am going to share below in written form and as you can also appreciate in audiovisual format is an achievement that will mark part of our well-being in all areas here in Colombia.

Todas mis publicaciones a lo largo de más de un año que ya llevo aquí en la plataforma han sido para mi muy importantes debido a que trato siempre de dar lo mejor de mí en cada publicación y por eso estoy también muy agradecido con cada uno de los que han apreciado mi contenido y muy agradecido con esta comunidad de @espavlog que prácticamente me vio nacer en este ecosistema.

Después de un largo periodo de una ansiosa espera y un sacrificio significativo más que todo en la parte financiera. Hemos logrado comprar nuestro terreno para construir nuestra propia casa y de esta forma prontamente comenzar a ver los cambios significativos de nuestra vida económica como migrantes aquí en la ciudad de Barrancabermeja Santander- Colombia.

All my publications throughout more than a year that I have been here on the platform have been very important for me because I always try to give the best of me in each publication and for that I am also very grateful to each of those who have appreciated my content and very grateful to this community of @espavlog that practically saw me born in this ecosystem.

After a long period of anxious waiting and a significant sacrifice mostly on the financial side. We have managed to buy our land to build our own house and thus soon begin to see significant changes in our economic life as migrants here in the city of Barrancabermeja Santander- Colombia.

Como todos saben el migrar no es algo fácil primeramente por estar sometido a largos periodos de tiempo sin ver a tu familia ni pasar al menos una Navidad con ellos como es mi caso, que ya voy para más de 5 años sin compartir con la mayoría de mis familiares como por ejemplo mis padres, pero el que persevera vence y tanto mi esposa y yo somos dos vencedores que a través de este logro con el paso del tiempo y con la ayuda de Dios tendremos una mejoría y estabilidad económica cuando ya habitemos literalmente en nuestra casa, porque esto nos hará reducir ciertos gastos como por ejemplo arriendo y parte de los servicios como son agua y luz ya que en la zona donde nos hemos comprado este terreno momentáneamente y posiblemente por mucho tiempo no se pagarán esos servicios públicos ya que son totalmente gratis por esta zona.

Es un honor para mi esposa y para mí que nuestro primer logro como parejas como lo es obtener un terreno y comenzar a construir nuestra casa, podamos compartirlo a través de esta excelente comunidad que me ha abierto las puertas a mí y a muchos creadores de contenido para compartir de forma libre este tipo de logros tan importantes en nuestras vidas, así que muchas gracias comunidad de Espavlog, por este gran espacio que nos brindan.

As you all know migrating is not something easy, first of all because of being subjected to long periods of time without seeing your family or spending at least one Christmas with them as in my case, I am already going for more than 5 years without sharing with most of my relatives such as my parents, but he who perseveres overcomes and both my wife and I are two winners that through this achievement with the passage of time and with the help of God we will have an improvement and economic stability when we literally live in our house, because this will make us reduce certain expenses such as rent and part of the services such as water and electricity because in the area where we have bought this land momentarily and possibly for a long time will not pay these utilities as they are totally free for this area.

It is an honor for my wife and me that our first achievement as couples as it is to get a land and start building our house, we can share it through this excellent community that has opened the doors to me and many content creators to share freely this kind of important achievements in our lives, so thank you very much Espavlog community, for this great space that you give us.

No ha sido fácil pero tampoco imposible, hemos tenido que sacrificar ciertos aspectos o rutinas de nuestras vidas cotidianas que anteriormente podíamos hacer con frecuencia debido a que todo lo que íbamos ganando en nuestros trabajos prácticamente lo estábamos reuniendo para poder lo más pronto posible adquirir este terreno. Es muy confortante saber que cuando hay unión puedes conseguir muchas cosas, ya lo dice el viejo refrán (La unión hace la fuerza) y es algo totalmente cierto, quizás pude haberlo hecho solo pero en compañía de mi esposa y con su gran y valiosa ayuda hemos hecho que fuese posible en un tiempo más corto de lo que se esperaba, lo que también obviamente le costó a ella sacrificio monetario y de hecho seguirá costando un poco más de sacrificio durante todo el tiempo que se lleve la construcción de nuestro hogar.

Ha sido un total placer compartir con ustedes esta experiencia, como les dije al principio es un post entre tantos muy pero muy especial para mi esposa y para mí, la intención es dejar ese mensaje de que sí se puede y que muchos que quizás en este momento tienen metas como estas de comprarse una casa y puede que lo vean algo difícil sepan desde hoy que sí se puede y que en la unión está la fuerza.

It has not been easy but not impossible either, we have had to sacrifice certain aspects or routines of our daily lives that we were previously able to do frequently because everything we were earning in our jobs we were practically gathering to be able to acquire this land as soon as possible. It is very comforting to know that when there is union you can achieve many things, as the old saying goes (Union is strength) and it is absolutely true, maybe I could have done it alone but in the company of my wife and with her great and valuable help we have made it possible in a shorter time than expected, which also obviously cost her monetary sacrifice and in fact will continue to cost a little more sacrifice throughout the time it takes the construction of our home.

It has been a total pleasure to share with you this experience, as I said at the beginning is a post among many very but very special for my wife and me, the intention is to leave that message that yes you can and that many who perhaps at this time have goals like these to buy a house and may see it as something difficult know from today that yes you can and that in the union is the strength.
