Arte Vs Patinaje: expresiones artísticas [ ESP-ENG]

Hello, family of the @Motherhood tribe! After a while without publishing due to technological problems, I am proud to capture my adventure in discovering together with my daughter an artistic expression that makes her happy. Amanda is an active child, and among the activities she frequents at home are drawing and painting. At the same time, the body calls for attention, and recreational exercise in the park is an option to release energy. After observing and consulting with her, I set out to find an alternative to school responsibilities. The search is worth it, I found a place called La Grieta, they offer different spaces to learn some extracurricular activities. Thus begins the journey of this beautiful adventure for my daughter in choosing the artistic expression she desires.

Le ofrecí a Amanda un rincón artístico con un grupo de niños y una seño que enseña técnicas para dibujar y pintar. Amanda es tímida al principio, pero luego entabla relación con los pares, demostrando lo segura de sí; la seño muy dulce, divertida y exigente le propone retos para crear obras maestras que revelan el estilo de cada peque. Los resultados de la pequeña artista son grandiosos y una familia feliz por las producciones artísticas y la asimilación de conceptos que usa para explicar la representación artística o la técnica. Pasan meses y Amanda asiste los martes a las seis de la tarde al taller para continuar descubriendo el mundo del arte y compartir la expresión del pensamiento; no obstante, el brillo de Amanda no era fuerte.

En Argentina el día del niño se festeja el tercer domingo de agosto. Amanda me pidió semanas antes patines, esta petición fue estudia por temor que dejara los patines olvidados por ser un capricho, lo conversé varias veces y se mantuvo firme de querer los patines. Lo consulto como mi esposo y decidimos adquirir un par bueno, bonito y barato. Llegó el gran día y Amanda abre el regalo, la emoción de obtener lo que deseaba, la sonrisa y su cuerpo festejaba. De inmediato nos preparamos para ir al parque y estuvo practicando, hasta durmió con ellos. Los patines se convirtieron en el centro, lo que me motivó a buscar un lugar que le enseñarán a patinaje correctamente.

I offered Amanda an art corner with a group of children and a teacher who teaches drawing and painting techniques. Amanda is shy at first, but then she establishes a relationship with her peers, showing how confident she is. The very sweet, funny and demanding teacher proposes challenges to create masterpieces that reveal the style of each child. The results of the little artist are great, and the family is happy for the artistic productions and the assimilation of concepts that she uses to explain the artistic representation or technique. Months go by, and Amanda attends the workshop on Tuesdays at six o'clock in the afternoon to continue discovering the world of art and share the expression of thought; however, Amanda's brilliance was not strong.

In Argentina, Children's Day is celebrated on the third Sunday of August. Amanda asked me weeks before for skates, this request was studied for fear that she would leave the skates forgotten because it was a whim. I discussed it several times, and she was adamant about wanting the skates. I consulted him as my husband did, and we decided to get a good, nice and cheap pair. The big day arrived, and Amanda opened the gift. The excitement of getting what she wanted, the smile and her body celebrated. We immediately got ready to go to the park, and she was practicing, she even slept with them. The skates became the focus, which motivated me to look for a place that would teach her how to skate properly.

El colegio Don Bosco ubicado en Solís 252 - Congreso en (CABA) Argentina, ofrece el espacio de la instalación para que grupos oferten prácticas o actividades físicas. El grupo Colibrí es uno de ellos, dictan clases de patinaje a niños y adultos, ofrece una o dos clases semanales. Decidimos un día para observar el rendimiento y comodidad de Amanda, ella feliz toma la decisión de ir más seguido y renuncia ir a las clases de arte. Nos quedamos sorprendidos y preocupados para que esto no se convierta en una conducta irregular de esquivar responsabilidades por euforia. Sin embargo, pensamos que también podría ser la conducta para informarnos que no le gusta el arte y no quería desilusionar a su madre; no obstante, la decisión nos ha unido como familia porque mamá y papá están presentes en esta expresión deportiva artística.

Como padres respetamos la decisión de Amanda, ella decide estar a gusto en el deporte del patinaje; porque desea aprender, se siente feliz; a su vez es beneficioso para la salud y pone en práctica los 3 sentidos a ejercitar, en otras palabras, observa la técnica, escucha las instrucciones y hace la demostración de la información filtrada para coordinar los movimientos del cuerpo. Amanda está activa, ama los patines, le gusta llegar temprano, entabla nuevas amistades, asume retos y cuando está en espacios abiertos realiza de manera libre todo lo que ha aprendido. En conclusión, padres y familia, pienso que una actividad extra contribuye en el desarrollo del niño, pero lo más importante es que el pequeño esté claro y poder identificar la habilidad más imponente para orientar en la decisión. Por otra parte, esto no significa que Amanda no continúe pintando, sino que eligió el arte como una opción espontánea, a diferencia del patinaje que logra ser el motor de la felicidad mental y física. Después se estudiará, si Amanda decide tomarlo como un deporte competitivo o recreativo.

The Don Bosco school, located in Solís 252 - Congreso in (CABA) Argentina, offers the space of the facility for groups to offer practices or physical activities. The Colibrí group is one of them, they offer skating classes to children and adults, offering one or two classes a week. We decided one day to observe Amanda's performance and comfort, and she happily made the decision to go more often and forgo the art classes. We were surprised and concerned that this would not become an irregular pattern of shirking responsibility out of euphoria. However, we thought it could also be her behavior to inform us that she does not like art and did not want to disappoint her mother; however, the decision has united us as a family because mom and dad are present in this artistic expression.

As parents, we respect Amanda's decision. She decides to be at ease in the sport of skating because she wants to learn, she feels happy, and at the same time, it is beneficial for her health. She puts into practice the three senses of exercise, in other words, she observes the technique, listens to the instructions, and demonstrates the filtered information to coordinate the movements of the body. Amanda is active, loves skateboarding, likes to be early, makes new friends, takes on challenges and when she is in open spaces, she freely performs everything she has learned. In conclusion, parents and family, I think that an extra activity contributes to the child's development, but the most important thing is that the child is clear and can identify the most important skill to guide the decision. On the other hand, this does not mean that Amanda will not continue painting, but that she chose art as a spontaneous choice, unlike skating, which manages to be the engine of mental and physical happiness. Whether Amanda decides to take it up as a competitive or recreational sport will be studied later.
