Splinterlands Art Contest | Creeping Ooze

Good day everyone in the Hive blockchain community especially the Splinterlands Community.

I would like to share today my art entry for this week.

The fan art I created today is the Creeping Ooze. A common reward card with the ability to reduce the speed of the opponent's monsters.

I created the artwork in the traditional way so that my drawing skills could improve.

Lore of the Creeping Ooze:

For as long as anyone remembers, the fire mountain of Bren-Ha has spewed nothing but smoke and lava. Lately from its cracks, a small Creeping Ooze has been seeping. It cannot be stopped, and it absorbs anything in its creeping path. To make things worse, it managed to board a boat and escape Mortis.

For my art entry. I did a video about the process which you can watch in 3Speak. I created this work using paper and art materials available in our house.

Here is the process of my artwork:

• I created first the outline and other details of the Creeping Ooze in the sketch paper. As you can see, I didn't follow all the details about the Creeping Ooze that is available in the web.

• After creating the outline, I colored the outlines by the base color of the Creeping Ooze, and started to add more color details.

• Once I finished adding some color details, I started to add more colors to my artwork.
