Buenos Días tardes o noches (según la hora en que veas este post). En esta ocasión les traigo una canción algo desconocida pero sumamente especial para mí.

“Hombre del mañana” es una canción de la banda mexicana Enjambre. Fue lanzada en el año 2005 como parte de su álbum titulado “Consuelo en Domingo”. La composición de la canción está a cargo de los miembros de Enjambre, quienes han logrado plasmar en ella una mezcla de melancolía, reflexión y humor irónico. La lírica nos invita a cuestionar nuestra relación con el tiempo y la procrastinación, mientras que la música y la voz de *Luis Humberto Navejas *añaden una capa de emotividad y autenticidad. Lastimosamente, esta canción al igual que la mayoría (por no decir que todas) las canciones se encuentra ciertamente olvidada, algo que es realmente triste, pues este álbum es uno de mi favoritos del grupo, siendo prácticamente con el que más conecté.

A través de sus líricas, la canción nos sumerge en una reflexión sobre el tiempo, la procrastinación y la fugacidad de la vida. Permíteme explorar más a fondo esta pieza musical. El narrador de esta historia nos habla sobre como lamenta el pasar del tiempo, pues al parecer no ha sabido aprovecharlo, a pesar de ser un día nuevo, siente que igual no lo aprovechará lo suficiente, teniendo todo un aire de desesperanza. Sin embargo, no es hasta que nos damos cuenta que todo es por la postergación de los que haceres, pues él prefiere “hacerlo mañana”. Empieza la divagación, pues no sabe si ese mañana llegará y tendrá esas cosas aún pendientes, sintiéndose mal por cosas que van más allá de su control. Siendo que al final de la canción, recurre a la ironía pues decide dejar “inconclusa” la canción con que la terminará mañana.

Realmente me he identificado con esta canción y probablemente la mayoría de personas también. Nos ha pasado que por flojera, miedo e incluso falta de ánimos, decidimos dejar las cosas para después y luego lamentarnos por no haberlas hecho antes, tal como las responsabilidades del colegio y demás. Me gustó lo simple de dicha canción, la cual solo recurre únicamente a la guitarra con un rasgueo bastante particular, el cual tuve que grabar aparte debido a que se me dificultaba grabar y cantar al mismo tiempo esta canción. La edición quedó algo extraña pero terminó lo más impecable posible. Espero sea de su agrado.

Good afternoon or evening (depending on the time you see this post). On this occasion I bring you a song somewhat unknown but extremely special to me.

"Hombre del mañana" is a song by the Mexican band Enjambre. It was released in 2005 as part of their album "Consuelo en Domingo". The song was composed by the members of Enjambre, who have managed to capture in it a mixture of melancholy, reflection and ironic humor. The lyrics invite us to question our relationship with time and procrastination, while the music and vocals of Luis Humberto Navejas add a layer of emotion and authenticity. Unfortunately, this song as well as most (if not all) of the songs is certainly forgotten, something that is really sad, as this album is one of my favorites of the group, being practically the one I connected with the most.

Through its lyrics, the song immerses us in a reflection on time, procrastination and the transience of life. Let me explore this piece of music further. The narrator of this story talks about how he regrets the passing of time, as it seems he has not known how to take advantage of it, despite being a new day, he feels that he will not take advantage of it enough, having an air of hopelessness. However, it is not until we realize that everything is due to the procrastination of what to do, because he prefers to "do it tomorrow". The rambling begins, as he doesn't know if that tomorrow will come and he will have those things still pending, feeling bad about things beyond his control. Being that at the end of the song, he resorts to irony as he decides to leave the song "unfinished" with that he will finish it tomorrow.

I really identified with this song and probably most people do too. It has happened to us that because of laziness, fear and even lack of courage, we decide to leave things for later and then regret not having done them before, such as school responsibilities and so on. I liked the simplicity of this song, which only resorts to the guitar with a very particular strumming, which I had to record separately because it was difficult for me to record and sing at the same time this song. The editing was a bit strange but it ended up as flawless as possible. I hope you like it.
