Arrancamos la semana con la mejor de las energías con una rutina brutal, que quise compartirles a mis amigos de @fulldeportes, que espero que les aporte gran valor y la pongan en su lista para darle con todo, de principio si quiero dejarles claro que NO es una rutina para principiantes, es más una prueba que podrías ponerte luego de estar un tiempo entrenando, la clave siempre tiene que ser el progreso de nuestro rendimiento y para poner esto en la realidad, debemos ponernos a prueba para saber realmente como vamos, si estamos avanzando o si nos falta algún ajuste 💪🔥

Les cuento que este domingo, decidí salir a dar una caminata de esas en silencio a las que llamo mágicas, fui desde mi casa al polideportivo, me fuí en ayunas con un sol espectactular digno de Maturín con un cielo azúl bien brutal y paso por la pista de atletismo y decidí grabarles esta rutina, la pista estaba sola para mi y fué genial, eso si. Esta rutina super intensa, pero sin esa intensidad no tendría sentido, puse a grabar y decidí darle con todo y terminé sin aliento, pero satisfecho y esa es la idea, que des el 100% en eso que haces💪🔥

I tell you that this Sunday, I decided to go for one of those silent walks that I call magical, I went from my house to the sports center, I went fasting with a spectacular sun worthy of Maturin with a brutal blue sky and I went through the athletics track and decided to record this routine, the track was alone for me and it was great, that's right. This super intense routine, but without that intensity would not make sense, I put to record and decided to give it everything and ended up out of breath, but satisfied and that's the idea, that you give 100% in what you do💪🔥

Son 10 repeticiones de cada ejercicio, tomate unos 10 a 15 segundos para descansar entre cada ejercicio, recuerda que acá lo más importante es la técnica, el como haces los ejercicios es hasta más importante que aquello que haces, ya que los resultados vendrán de hacer tus entrenamientos realizando la técnica correcta y obviamente acompañando este trabajo con una buena nutrición, sino no tendría sentido alguno hacerlo, por eso fijate en cada movimiento y si no conoces alguno, simplemente practicalo y cuando lo domines ya sabes que te toca la prueba 🤟
