    Hola amigos de @fulldeportes llegando a la mitad de la semana, esta semana ha sido de locos, haciendo miles de cosas, reestableciendo el Telefono, haciendo muchas diligencias y el tiempo se acorta para hacer las rutinas y todo lo que toca en el día, pero no es una excusa para no entrenar, por eso les dejo una rutina brutal con sólo 3 ejercicios para trabajar intensamente aumentando las repeticiones, es decir en modo escalera y así hacemos una excelente rutina, en un corto tiempo💪

    En esta ocasión son 3 ejercicios y tienen 2 opciones para realizar los ejercicios, modo básico y modo Avanzado, cada opción tiene su complejidad, la clave como siempre les recomiendo es hacerlo a su ritmo y terminar la rutina, si te cansas termina la rutina con cansancio, no es una excusa para frenar y renunciar, recuerda que debes enfocarte en mantener un ritmo y mientras ese ritmo sea exigente, mejor. Espero de corazón que se lo tomen enserio, nunca te vas a arrepentir de haber entrenar sin ganas o con cansancio, por eso la clave siempre tiene que ser el mantenerte en un ritmo activo con los ejercicios, avanzando en tu rendimiento, siempre meorando, espero les guste esta rutina, les mando un abrazo, saludos a todos 💪😁
