    Hola mis amigos de Full deportes, espero se encuentren super bien, hoy les tengo preparada una super rutina explosiva, para todo el cuerpo dónde trabajaremos con repeticiones en bajada con trabajos especificos para hacer algunos ejercicios de forma básica, luego ir poniendole mayor intensidad y a medida que suban las rondas, bajan las repeticiones así que preparados? Esta rutina no es para principiantes ojo con eso 😁💪

    Este protocolo en teoría es muy sencillo ya que las repeticiones empiezan desde 10 para cada ejercicio ejecutado, al completar todos los ejercicios, vamos a restar 1 repetición para ir en bajada es decir 9 repeticiones, luego 8 repeticiones y así hasta hacer una ronda completa de 1 sola repetición de cada ejercicio😎
    This protocol in theory is very simple since the repetitions start from 10 for each exercise performed, when completing all the exercises, we will subtract 1 repetition to go down i.e. 9 repetitions, then 8 repetitions and so on until making a complete round of 1 single repetition of each exercise😎.

    Lo que va a pasar acá es que a medida que las rondas suben, la fatiga es mayor a pesar de que las repeticiones sean menores, esto va a exigirte para que des el máximo y recuerda siempre algo el: NO PUEDO NO EXISTE, cuando estés entrenando la mente te jugará sucio, no escuches esos pensamientos de abandono, controla tu la situación y haz tu rutina para dominar tus pensamientos y acciones, espero te guste esta rutina es exigente pero como siempre digo, si no te reta, no te hace avanzar💪🔥
