Hola amigos, espero se encuentren muy bien, es increíble como pasa el tiempo de rápido, ya estamos a mitad del mes 3 del 2024, este año para mi ha sido un tanto retador, justo saliendo de las gripes fuertes con los niños y algunas otras cosas personales, pero lo cierto es que siempre estamos en una lucha por seguir mejorando, ahora estuvimos con una situación de mi esposa @milagrosmhbl y un problema con sus muelas, luego de sentir que ya estaba un poco mejor, dedicimos ir al Polideportivo a pasear un rato y yo grabar los 71 Burpees de mi Reto de 1 Burpee mas cada día💪

Hello friends, I hope you are very well, it's amazing how fast time goes by, we are already in the middle of month 3 of 2024, this year for me has been a bit challenging, just coming out of the strong flus with the kids and some other personal things, but the truth is that we are always in a struggle to keep improving, now we were with a situation of my wife @milagrosmhbl and a problem with her molars, after feeling that she was already a little better, we decided to go to the Polideportivo to walk for a while and I recorded the 71 Burpees of my Challenge of 1 Burpee more each day💪

Lo cierto es que muchas veces entre tantas cosas por hacer, cosas del negocio, familiares, personales estuvimos full enfocados en hacer ajustes en nuestro negocio, tanto así que nos hacía falta un paseo sanador familiar con los niños y el lunes era la oportunidad, así que nos fuimos a la zona de arena de playa y el verle la cara de felicidad ya sabía que estabamos en el lugar y el momento perfecto para ellos 🤣 empezaron a correr por toda la arena y a hacer amiguitos ese mismo día, como solo los niños saben hacerlo y la verdad es que la pasamos muy bien, así que es algo que nunca dudes, salir a pasear lejos de estar hipnotizado con las pantallas, asi que para mi es un paseo Sanador y me encanta, oxigenamos un poco y disfrutamos un montón juntos en familia 😃 así que nunca lo duden amigos, vayan a sus paseos familiares 😁 gracias por leerme, les mando bendiciones 🙏

The truth is that many times between so many things to do, business, family, personal things we were full focused on making adjustments in our business, so much so that we needed a family healing walk with the kids and Monday was the opportunity, so we went to the sandy beach area and seeing the happy face already knew that we were in the place and the perfect time for them 🤣 they started to run all over the sand and make friends that same day, as only children know how to do it and the truth is that we had a great time, so it is something you never hesitate, go for a walk away from being hypnotized with the screens, so for me it is a Healing walk and I love it, we oxygenate a little and enjoy a lot together as a family 😃 so never hesitate friends, go for your family walks 😁 thanks for reading me, I send you blessings 🙏.
