I usually train plank 2 to 3 times a week, but training different aspects, the first day I train resistance as it would be in this case, then mobility as negative and press, and finally, push exercises on plank or handstand . This time I decided to completely change my resistance routine, and I wanted to share it with you, for those who want to try it or modify it in their own way and it suits them better.
En esta rutina pongo totalmente a prueba y llevando al límite la fuerza y resistencia de mis hombros, por eso pido perdón, ya que algunos ejercicios la técnica no fue lo suficientemente estricta para una mejor visualización, porque a medida que realizo mi rutina, grabo al empezar cada ejercicio, por eso mientras más avanza el video, más se nota mi cansancio. La idea principal de la rutina, como muchos conocerán el dicho, quería sorprender a mi cuerpo, exigiéndole más de lo inusual, y así tener la esperanza que dentro de poco sea notable mi aumento de resistencia.
In this routine I fully test and push the strength and resistance of my shoulders to the limit, for that reason I apologize, since some exercises the technique was not strict enough for a better visualization, because as I perform my routine, I record the start each exercise, so the more the video progresses, the more my tiredness shows. The main idea of the routine, as many will know the saying, I wanted to surprise my body, demanding more of the unusual, and thus hope that soon my increase in resistance will be noticeable.
