Hola a todos, me gustaría compartirles un poco de mi música favorita utilizada al momento de trabajar abdominales con el gymbro. Sabemos que todos tenemos una música en especial para entrenar, ya sea con ritmo o poder inspirarnos para sacar fuerzas del más allá, en mi caso estaré compartiéndoles una especial de los 80.
Hi everyone, I would like to share with you some of my favourite music I use when working on my abs with the gymbro. We all know that we all have a special music to train to, either with rhythm or to inspire us to draw strength from beyond, in my case I will be sharing with you a special one from the 80s.
La idea de coordinar con esta música fue en un día común realizando nuestros ejercicios, cuando justamente sonó la música y de juego la tomamos para sincronizarnos con ella y la verdad que muy efectiva para el tiempo y los cambios de movimientos... La música no pude conseguirla sin copyright, así que les comparto un breve corto para que la disfruten.
The idea of coordinating with this music was on a common day doing our exercises, when just the music played and we took the game to synchronize with it and the truth is very effective for timing and changes of movements .... I couldn't get the music without copyright, so I'm sharing a short film for you to enjoy.
