La rutina será bastante sencilla, pero lo que estará complicado será por la cantidad y número de repeticiones. Esto no es por tiempo sino en realizar el set de forma rápida según sus cantidades y el tiempo asignado. Luego de ello tomar 1min de descanso y repetir nuevamente hasta un total de 3 series. 💪🏽😎
The routine will be quite simple, but what will be complicated will be the amount and number of repetitions. This is not about time but about performing the set quickly according to your quantities and the time allotted. After that take 1min rest and repeat again up to a total of 3 sets. 💪🏽😎
