Las reglas son simples, solo puede ser usado el agarre dislocado y no se deben hacer cortes en el vídeo. El tiempo de duración sería de un minuto, en mi caso sobrepase por poco los dos minutos, creo que es un buen tiempo y estoy satisfecho con mi participación.

As many know, the challenge consists of holding the maximum time in a dislocated grip trying to complete the minute or surpass it.

The rules are simple, only the dislocated grip can be used and no cuts must be made in the video. The time limit would be one minute, in my case I exceeded two minutes, I think it is a good time and I am satisfied with my participation.
