Hello everyone friends of Hive and SWC, my name is José Mota @whoismota, today I bring you a routine to work the muscle group formed by the pectoral, triceps and deltoids. Without leaving home, perfect for these rainy days where we can't go out.
Actualmente las lluvias han estado fuertes y como siempre afectan a la hora de salir de casa ya sea para trabajos, estudios o entrenamientos.
Por ello el día de hoy he decidido traerles ésta rutina que puedes hacer en la comodidad de tu casa, perfecto para esos días lluviosos que te impiden salir.
