El día les comparto como estoy entrenando la fuerza de la Sentadilla en la Máquina Smith, me ha fascinado trabajar en esta máquina, tuve 5 años realizando Sentadillas Libres por la Halterofilia, así que mi amor siempre será la Sentadilla Libre, aunque conlleva muchísima precaución y cuidado.

Today I am sharing with you how I am training Squat strength on the Smith Machine, I have been fascinated to work on this machine, I had 5 years doing Free Squats for Weightlifting, so my love will always be the Free Squat, although it involves a lot of caution and care.

          Muy pronto estaré enseñándole más de la Máquina Smith, tiene múltiples de usos y es muy segura. Los invito a ver este vídeo donde buscando realizar los pesos y seguir aumentado progresivamente las reps, sobre todo con el último peso.
