Hola, hola, fitness hivers.

He estado moviendome de un lado a otro (increìble ya que comenzaba a creer que era una hermitaña) y tengo algunos videos de algunos eventos que estuvieron realizandose en la ciudad de El Tigre, Anzoátegui en las recientes fechas y donde HIVE estuvo involucrado como partner.

Este de acá fue el evento Crypto Fitness Day del 23 de julio, realizado en @baticuevafcl; el cuál es un gimnasio especializado en ejercicios funcionales. Fue un evento genial y aseguro que sudé las hamburguesas que me comí durante todo el mes.

Como pequeña introducción al vídeo diré que tuvimos platicas de hive mezcladas con el ejercicio, además de explicaciones detalladas sobre el tipo de ejercicio que estariamos relizando y el beneficio que nos traería hacerlo. También hubo algunos momentos en los que descansamos y compartimos expericiencias sobre la Web 3. Fue una experiencia nueva y sin duda refrescante en cuanto a la rutina de trabajar desde casa casi todo día (Les juro que mi vida sendentaria ha llegado a niveles de que soy capaz de no pisar el porche de mi casa al menos en 4 días seguidos).

La Baticueva Funcional es un gimnasio muy bueno, según mi poca experiencia en sitios como este, sin embargo es muy limpio, cuidado y completamente considerado al momento de evaluar su capacidad, ya que el entrador, el Sensei Juan Carlos, procura que no sean demasiadas personas como para que él no pueda percatarse de que alguno de nosotros no se encuentra realizando el ejercico de la forma adecuada. Mayormente él nos explico que muchos de sus clientes en realidad no son personas que estan buscando el cuerpo perfecto de Instagram sino más bien una mejor condición de salud que les permita llevar su día a día, por ejemplo, personas mayores con problemas de columna o articulaciones.

Por cierto, este gimnasio es el primero en la ciudad en aceptar HBD/HIVE como pago, pueden incluso pagarlo por medio de su billetera de hive acá.

También gracias a @enrique89 y @samgiset por regalarme algunos clips mientras sudaba hasta la grasa de la mantquilla de mis arepas, saludos también a otros hivers y personas que aparecieron por acá en este vídeo: @desic, @alexfly5 y @cesaroat. Es genial que este tipo de actividades se lleven a cabo, y claro, si quieren verme intentando sudar las hamburguesas y haciendo algunos ejercicios en fail, les invitio a ver el video que preparé. Esto sería todo por ahora, nos vemos my pronto con otro de los vídeos que tengo preparados.

Hello, hello, fitness hivers.

I've been moving from one place to another (incredible since I was beginning to think I was a hermit) and I have some videos of some events that were taking place in the city of El Tigre, Anzoátegui in recent dates and where HIVE was involved as a partner.

This one here was the Crypto Fitness Day event on July 23rd, held at @baticuevafcl; which is a gym specialized in functional exercises. It was a great event and I can assure you that I sweated the hamburgers I ate during the whole month.

As a little introduction to the video I will say that we had hive talks mixed with the exercise, as well as detailed explanations about the type of exercise we would be doing and the benefit it would bring us. There were also some moments where we rested and shared experiences about Web 3. It was a new experience and certainly refreshing in terms of the routine of working from home most of the day (I swear that my workout life has reached levels where I am not able to step on my front porch for at least 4 days in a row).

La Baticueva Funcional is a very good gym, according to my little experience in places like this, however it is very clean, careful and completely considerate when evaluating its capacity, since the trainer, Sensei Juan Carlos, tries not to have too many people so that he can not notice that any of us is not doing the exercise in the right way. Mostly he explained that many of his clients are not really people who are looking for the perfect Instagram body but rather a better health condition that allows them to go about their daily lives, for example, older people with spinal or joint problems.

By the way, this gym is the first in town to accept HBD/HIVE as payment, you can even pay for it through your hive wallet here.

Also thanks to @enrique89 and @samgiset for giving me some clips while I was sweating the grease out of my arepas' butter, and also to the other hivers and people who showed up here in this video: @desic, @alexfly5 and @cesaroat.
