    Saludos, queridos amigos de esta deliciosa comunidad de #foodiesbeehive. Les contaré que hoy compré 500g de cacao, ya que en casa no había y eso es algo que, aunque no lo crean, no puede faltar, ya que son adictos al chocolate.
    A mí también me gusta un poco, pero jamás tanto como a ellos, por esa razón les preparé un bizcocho de chocolate. A continuación, les mostraré los ingredientes que utilicé y el paso a paso de cómo lo elaboré.

    Ingredientes:

    • 3 huevos
    • 250g de harina de trigo
    • 150g de azúcar
    • 50g de cacao

    Greetings, dear friends of this delicious #foodiesbeehive community. I will tell you that today I bought 500g of cocoa, since at home there was no cocoa and that is something that, believe it or not, you can't miss, since you are addicted to chocolate.
    I also like it a little bit, but never as much as they do, that's why I prepared a chocolate cake for them. Below, I will show you the ingredients I used and the step by step of how I made it.

    Ingredients:

    • 3 eggs
    • 250g wheat flour
    • 150g sugar
    • 50g cocoa

    Para comenzar el bizcocho, lo primero que hice fue separar las claras de las yemas. Coloco las claras en el batidor y comienzo a batir hasta obtener un merengue consistente.

    To start the cake, the first thing I did was to separate the egg whites from the yolks. I put the egg whites in the whisk and start beating until I get a consistent meringue.

    Luego, comienzo a agregar el azúcar al merengue sin dejar de batir, hasta que tenga la consistencia ideal. A continuación, agrego las yemas de huevo al merengue y mezclo muy bien.

    Then, I start to add the sugar to the meringue while beating until it has the ideal consistency. Next, I add the egg yolks to the meringue and mix very well.

    Cuando las yemas están bien incorporadas, comienzo a agregar el cacao poco a poco. Por último, incorporo la harina de trigo sin dejar de batir, poco a poco, hasta que esté bien incorporada y sea una mezcla homogénea.

    When the yolks are well incorporated, I start adding the cocoa little by little. Finally, I add the wheat flour while continuing to beat, little by little, until it is well incorporated and is a homogeneous mixture.

    Una vez lista la mezcla, procedo a engrasar el molde con mantequilla, aunque también pueden usar aceite o manteca, según su preferencia. Agrego la mezcla al molde y lo coloco en el horno a 420 °F durante 20 minutos.

    Once the mixture is ready, I proceed to grease the mold with butter, although you can also use oil or lard, according to your preference. I add the mixture to the mold and place it in the oven at 420 °F for 20 minutes.

    Cuando ya esté listo, lo retiramos, lo dejamos enfriar y ¡listo! Aquí les muestro lo delicioso que ha quedado este bizcocho de cacao.
