    ¡Hola comunidad de Hive! Es un placer para mí presentarles en esta oportunidad, un contenido lleno de ejercicios que harán reventar los músculos y pulmones de todo aquel que intente realizarlos, uno tras otro, de manera consecutiva en un circuito de alta dificultad.
    Hello Hive community! It is a pleasure for me to present you in this opportunity, a content full of exercises that will burst the muscles and lungs of anyone who tries to perform them, one after the other, consecutively in a circuit of high difficulty.

    La rutina del Saiyajin base se trata de un circuito de alta intensidad comprendida por ejercicios funcionales que involucran la mayor parte de la musculatura en nuestro cuerpo, los cuales al ser ejecutados de manera estricta y a rango completo, permiten un mejor desarrollo muscular y cardiovascular. A continuación daré a conocer dichos ejercicios y en el orden que serán realizados:
    The Saiyajin base routine is a high intensity circuit comprised of functional exercises that involve most of the muscles in our body, which when executed strictly and at full range, allow a better muscular and cardiovascular development. I will now describe these exercises and the order in which they will be performed:

    10 Elevaciones de Pierna

    100 mts of Sprint

    10 Burpees
    10 Burpees

    100 Escaladas de Montaña
    100 Mountain Climbers

    30 Australianas
    30 Australians

    Todo el circuito equivale a 1 Ronda, la meta es hacer 3 Rondas, sin descansos entre ejercicio y manejando descansos de 3 minutos por cada Ronda culminada.
    The whole circuit is equivalent to 1 Round, the goal is to do 3 Rounds, with no breaks between exercises and taking 3 minute breaks for each Round completed.
