Resumen de ideas presentadas en la conferencia del Caracas Blockchain week

Feliz día y bienvenido, para mí fue una sorpresa saber que entre las conferencias que se iban a presentar estaba este señor Maickel Melamed, no entendía bien cuál era su relación con la tecnología blockchain y la web 3, pero al estar presente en su conferencia me pude dar cuenta que tenía mucho que ver.

En el video solo aparece su presentación y el final de la ponencia. El tema que desarrolló lo comparto en el cuerpo del post, porque no podía grabar y disfrutar al mismo tiempo 😆🤣😜 lo siento 🙈

Para los que no saben quién es les dejo una reseña de su currículo:

Es un orador motivacional, economista, escritor, conferencista, corredor de larga distancia, participó en el maratón de Nueva York, profesor de filosofía y psicoterapeuta venezolano. Co - Fundador de la empresa De Alto Rendimiento DAR. Además, ha realizado parapente, paracaidismo, buceo, alpinismo y atletismo, nació con una condición llamada hipotonía.

Debido a su condición no ha tenido una vida fácil, pero eso no le ha impedido lograr sus metas y vivir a plenitud. Ese día hice una cola bien temprana para estar en los primeros lugares y así fue al sentarme prácticamente en la zona VIP desde allí tan cerca escuché con atención, lo quiero compartir.

Siempre pensamos en lo peor

Él comienza contando su experiencia cuando subió a uno de los tepuies más famosos de la Gran Sabana, El Roraima, cuenta que él escuchaba a los guías indígenas de la región decir que las hormigas habían salido, al rato volvían a decir ahí vienen las hormigas, es cuando comienza a pensar ¿Qué pasará con las hormigas? , ¿Será que nos van a atacar? ¿Nos picarán y será doloroso? Al rato cuando vuelven a mencionar con todo de preocupación por las hormigas, ya él no aguantaba la angustia y pregunta ¿Qué sucede con las hormigas?

Y es cuando le explican, que ellas tienen un sensor en su cuerpo que les permite medir los cambios de la presión del ambiente en la tierra y si se movilizan es porque va a llover fuerte, por lo que los indígenas aprovechan su capacidad de observación para adelantarse a estos acontecimientos y aprovecharlos a futuro.

Concluye que si aprendemos a observar la naturaleza de las cosas en todos los aspectos de la vida, desarrollaremos la capacidad de ver el futuro y es la capacidad de prosperar.

¿Cómo podemos descubrir patrones?

Pará descubrir patrones, lo primero que debemos tener es curiosidad, aquella que nos hace indagar en lo desconocido, arriesgándonos a la aventura y a la acción.

La segunda es la apertura de la información verificada, lo que se ha comprobado que existe y funciona, La mayoría de los libros dan el conocimiento teórico, esta nos sirve como guía, pero no como conocimiento aplicado, así que debemos poner en práctica lo que ya leímos para aprender por nuestra propia experiencia.

Arriesgar a bajo costo, esta es muy importante porque nos indica que debemos arriesgarnos con precaución, usando la inteligencia emocional.

En esta parte el uso un ejemplo del gato y la estufa caliente, diciendo que el gato por curiosidad toca la estufa sin saber que se quemará, con eso aprendió que estaba caliente, pero más nunca vuelve a intentarlo, así esté fría la estufa.

Debemos mirar el pasado, ver en qué nos equivocamos y volver a intentarlo de otra forma, nosotros debemos usar la retrospectiva como perspectiva. Parte de ser innovador es usar la retrospectiva como perspectiva

Tercera es el amor a la vida, hay que dejarse sorprender ante la vida.

How can we discover patterns?

To discover patterns, the first thing we must have is curiosity, the curiosity that makes us delve into the unknown, risking adventure and action.

The second is openness to verified information, that which has been proven to exist and work. Most books give us theoretical knowledge, which serves as a guide but not as applied knowledge, so we must put into practice what we have already read to learn from our own experience.

Risk at low cost is very important because it tells us to take risks with caution, using emotional intelligence.

In this part he uses an example of the cat and the hot cooker, saying that the cat out of curiosity touches the cooker without knowing that it will burn, and learns that it was hot, but never tries it again, even if the cooker is cold.
