    Tu Auto imagen es determinante en cualquier cosa que quieras lograr y esto lo comento porque lo he vivido, había luchado muchos años en cuanto a querer subir masa muscular, ya que siempre fuí flaquito y hasta que no me vi con esos kilos extras, hasta que no me vi como alguien que entrena con disciplina y constancia, y cambié mi concepto propio, justo en ese momento empecé a ver los resultados, al día de hoy son más de 15 kilos extras y lo mismo pasa cuando quieres adelgazar, si no te ves realmente como quieres, si no ves tu imagen en la de alguien que entrena y come saludable, si o si, no va a cambiar nada, tus pensamientos dictan tus acciones y estas tus resultados, por eso es la primera cosa que debes cambiar, toma tiempo, no es algo de la noche a la mañana😁
