    En este entrenamiento trabajaremos todo el tren superior, biceps, triceps, pecho y hombros, lo interesante de estos entrenamientos es que se pueden hacer donde sea y no dependes ni de maquinas, ni de algun implemento, solo tu peso corporal y listo💪

    El ir de ronda en ronda aumentando las repeticiones nos ayuda a focalizar más el esfuerzo en cada musculo trabajado, por eso como siempre recomiendo, el enfoque principal debe estar en la técnica y no en terminar rápido ya que te puedes lesionar🔥 las repeticiones irán aumentando desde 8-12-16-20 y listo terminado nuestro entrenamiento, si quieres exigirte mucho mas puedes ir en descenso con las repeticiones luego de llegar a 20 vas por 16-12 y 8 así sentirás esos musculos en llamas🔥 espero les guste esta rutina mis amigos💪
    Going from round to round increasing the repetitions helps us to focus more effort on each muscle worked, so as I always recommend, the main focus should be on technique and not on finishing fast because you can get injured🔥 the repetitions will be increasing from 8-12-16-20 and ready finished our training, if you want to demand much more you can go downhill with the repetitions after reaching 20 go for 16-12 and 8 so you will feel those muscles on fire🔥 hope you like this routine myfriends 💪
