Reunir todo lo que pasó en esa semana en Caracas ha sido todo un desafío, porque pasaron tantas cosas que al final no sabía si grabar, tomar fotografías o compartir con las personas que se llegaban. Empezamos en un café, con un panel de mujeres de Hive, un evento al que fuimos invitadas individualmente por @alteramelia y la organización de la Caracas Blockchain Week. Seguimos el martes, en un Meet Up solo para Hivers que rebasó el local, un evento pequeñito que se trataba solo de conocernos, conocí muchos más Hivers. Hubo Karaoke con @ilazramusic, Risas con @edmundochauran, bailes con @dimeshana, declamaciones con @fermionico y muchas risas y abrazos, y el miércoles empezó toda la cumbre. Les recopilé todo lo que pude, espero que lo disfrutan.

Hace 5 años estaba solita, llegué a una ciudad sin amigos, luego conocí un blog y una gente con la que me mantenía conectada a través de Discord. No sabía nada de nada, llegué a un océano desconocido solo con una balsa, pero fui remando y conseguí varias islas. Estás islas hoy se han unido y poco a poco van formando un continente, y me alegra decir que hoy formo parte de este continente y que luego de muchos años no me siento sola. Este continente aún tiene tierras baldías, y aún hay islas en los alrededores que se pueden unir.

No me imaginé todo lo que conllevaría estar en un evento de tal magnitud, la responsabilidad tan grande que significa llevar a cuestas no solo un nombre, sino una comunidad entera, porque aquí, esto no se trata de individualismos, nadie te nombraba individualmente, nos reconocían como "La gente de Hive", y ha sido el mayor aprendizaje.

Tengo muchas cosas que decir, pero lo más importante que debo decir es: gracias. Gracias por ser mi amigo y estar allí, gracias por tus consejos, por todo el hate, gracias por ser mi fan y ser mi mayor crítico, gracias por estar ahí en mis momentos de oscuridad y gracias por darme palabras de apoyo cuando más las necesitaba. Gracias por los abrazos y las palmadas en los hombros. Gracias por pararte junto a mí frente al espejo y darme tips para relajarme.

"Te apoderaste del escenario” fueron las palabras que más escuché esos días, lo que muchos no saben es el esfuerzo sobrehumano que hice para poder lograrlo, lo que a muchos se les da natural, para mí fue como escalar el Everest, necesitaba hacerlo porque estaba luchando en mi contra, contra mi mente y mi cuerpo. Sentía que no podía, pero al final si pude, siempre pude, la impostora no podrá contra mí nuevamente, porque pasé el gran obstáculo que soy yo misma.

Los amo a todos, gracias por darme este compromiso, porque de ser por mi misma no lo habría logrado. Gracias @jonsnow1983 (tú y yo sabemos por qué), eres importante en todo esto, lo hiciste bestial con todo y tus shorts naranja. @arlettemsalase, no tienes tamaño que represente lo gigante que eres. @samgiset es la ecuanimidad hecha mujer, la fortaleza y la seguridad al hablar es lo que hace que nos sentimos orgullosos de que tú también seas Hive. @danielvehe no imaginé que volvería a coincidir contigo, gracias también por los consejos previos al evento y esos abrazos sinceros.

Hay algo más fundamental incluso que lo demostrado en la Caracas Blockchain Week, lo primero es demostrar que Hive es un Ecosistema completo, en el que primer activo es la comunidad. Yo ya estaba clara de ello desde hace mucho, y ya muchos saben y están convencidos de que es así. Pero el éxito de estos días no se debe solo porque demostramos de lo que se trata Hive, sino de demostrarnos a nosotros mismos que podemos ser unidos, que todos remamos hacia el mismo sentido. Descubrimos nuestras fortalezas, pero también nuestras carencias y es valioso trabajar en ellas para seguir fortaleciéndonos como comunidad.

Desde este lado de las teclas quiero agradecer a todos los que se acercaron a ver tanto las ponencias cómo a recibir información del stand y amo darle la bienvenida a muchos nuevos usuarios que sumarán a la cadena con información, desarrollo y contenido de calidad.

Quiero hacer un apartado especial a muchas personas que estuvieron ahí:

• @enrique89, por las cervezas, sabías que necesitaba desestresarme.
• @zullyscott, por dejarme hermosa, lamentablemente el apuro no los dejó hacer ni una foto. Eres muy talentosa y quiero que me maquilles siempre.

• @gabriellalpez2 eres un sol que nos ayudó más que nadie, gracias por ser tú. Por las flores, por los chocolates, por las frutas y por el cafecito cada mañana.

Gracias Hive, y gracias a todos ustedes, los que estuvieron tanto física como remoto acompañando a todo este team y por formar parte de esto. No los nombro a todos porque me faltaría un montón de gente, pero a todos, gracias.

Gathering everything that happened in that week in Caracas has been a challenge, because so many things happened that in the end I didn't know whether to record, take pictures or share with the people who came. We started in a cafe, with a panel of women from Hive, an event to which we were invited individually by @alteramelia and the organization of the Caracas Blockchain Week. We continued on Tuesday, in a Meet Up just for Hivers that overflowed the venue, a tiny event that was just about getting to know each other, I met many more Hivers. There was Karaoke with @ilazramusic, Laughter with @edmundochauran, dancing with @dimeshana, declamations with @fermionico and lots of laughs and hugs, and on Wednesday the whole summit started. I compiled everything I could, I hope you enjoy it.

5 years ago I was alone, I arrived to a city with no friends, then I met a blog and some people with whom I was connected through Discord. I didn't know anything about anything, I arrived to an unknown ocean alone with a raft, but I was paddling and I got several islands. These islands today have joined and little by little they are forming a continent, and I am happy to say that today I am part of this continent and that after many years I do not feel alone. This continent still has wastelands, and there are still islands in the surroundings that can be joined.

I never imagined all that it would entail to be in an event of such magnitude, the great responsibility that means to carry on your shoulders not only a name, but an entire community, because here, this is not about individualism, nobody named you individually, we were recognized as "The people of Hive", and it has been the greatest learning.

I have many things to say, but the most important thing to say is: thank you. Thank you for being my friend and being there, thank you for your advice, for all the hate, thank you for being my fan and being my biggest critic, thank you for being there in my darkest moments and thank you for giving me words of support when I needed them most. Thank you for the hugs and the pats on the shoulders. Thank you for standing next to me in front of the mirror and giving me tips to relax.

"You took over the stage" were the words I heard the most those days, what many don't know is the superhuman effort I made to be able to achieve it, what comes naturally to many, for me it was like climbing Everest, I needed to do it because I was fighting against myself, against my mind and my body. I felt I could not, but in the end I could, I always could, the impostor will not be able to fight me again, because I passed the great obstacle that is myself.

I love you all, thank you for giving me this commitment, because if it was by myself I wouldn't have made it. Thank you @jonsnow1983 (you and I know why), you are important in all of this, you made it beastly with everything and your orange shorts. @arlettemsalase, you have no size to represent what a giant you are. @samgiset is equanimity made woman, strength and confidence in speaking is what makes us proud that you are Hive too. @danielvehe I never imagined I would meet you again, thank you also for the pre-event advice and those sincere hugs.

There is something even more fundamental than what was demonstrated at the Caracas Blockchain Week, the first thing is to demonstrate that Hive is a complete Ecosystem, in which the first asset is the community. I was already clear about it for a long time, and many already know and are convinced that it is so. But the success of these days is not only because we demonstrated what Hive is all about, but also because we proved to ourselves that we can be united, that we are all rowing in the same direction. We discovered our strengths, but also our shortcomings and it is valuable to work on them to continue strengthening ourselves as a community.

From this side of the keys, I would like to thank all those who came to see the presentations and to receive information from the stand, and I would like to welcome many new users who will add to the chain with information, development and quality content.
