Hoy les presento un video de uno de mis entrenamientos recientes. A veces, la vida nos mantiene ocupados, y este material ha estado esperando su momento en las sombras. Pero aquí está, listo para compartirlo con todos ustedes.

En esta sesión, me sumergí en una serie de combos estáticos. Pero no me conformé con lo básico; decidí desafiarme a mí mismo. Los trucos que dominaba, aunque efectivos, no me satisfacían por completo. Así que tomé el consejo de mi amigo @neomar-oz y me aventuré más allá de mi zona de confort.

¿Qué hice? Bueno, imaginen movimientos como el full supina, aguantes de front en diferentes agarres y otras variantes intrigantes. Algunos de ellos no suelen salirme con facilidad, y otros requieren un esfuerzo extra. Pero eso es lo emocionante de la calistenia: la búsqueda constante de superación.

El atleta de alto rendimiento Elfo, especializado en el freestyle de estáticos, tiene una filosofía interesante: "Si quieres hacer un full, hazlo al máximo. La straddle es solo una progresión". Sus palabras resonaron en mí, y las llevaré conmigo en mis futuros entrenamientos. Primero, dominaré el estático en su forma más pura y luego puliré cada detalle.

Today I present to you a video from one of my recent trainings. Sometimes, life keeps us busy, and this footage has been waiting for its moment in the shadows. But here it is, ready to share with you all.

In this session, I dove into a series of static combos. But I didn't settle for the basics; I decided to challenge myself. The tricks I had mastered, while effective, didn't completely satisfy me. So I took the advice of my friend @neomar-oz and ventured beyond my comfort zone.

What did I do? Well, imagine moves like the full supine, front holds in different grips and other intriguing variations. Some of them don't usually come easily to me, and others require extra effort. But that's the exciting thing about calisthenics: the constant quest to excel.

High-performance athlete Elfo, who specializes in static freestyle, has an interesting philosophy: "If you want to do a full, do it to the max. The straddle is just a progression." His words resonated with me, and I will carry them with me in my future workouts. First, I will master static in its purest form, and then I will polish every detail.
