I'm sorry that in the video you can't understand my voice too much, it's because a few days ago I was sick, with a high fever and flu, thank God I'm getting over it but now I'm a little hoarse hahahahahah.

I decided to take up my instrument again since I have spent several days without practicing because of what I told you, it came to my mind a childhood memory when I played in the traditional school where they taught me music and they always put us to play different emblematic and well known themes of my Venezuela.

One of those songs, part of my musical childhood, was the theme "Luisa Antonia", a really incredible composition that consists of several parts that express many feelings. The author of this wonderful and well known song in the island where I live was Humberto Aular, for those who do not know this composer it turns out that he was a Coriano who came to Margarita Island - Venezuela, and from the first moment he set foot in this land of many kindnesses said "I am Margariteño and here I stay, with his favorite instrument, the clarinet, he created melodies with great finesse and delicacy, inspired by the landscape that surrounded him and the beautiful beaches, the immense and completely blue sea.

Throughout the years, his compositions were inspired by the island and its goodness, that made his themes to be recognized in this island and until today a traditional reference.

I, with my mandolin, without any other instrument, interpret this piece, so I hope you like it.
