    full deportes, soy ramsses y a continuacion les traere una rutina de con solo 3 ejercicios los cuales son solo ejercicios de touch, para esto debemos tener un buen nivel en front lever normal ya que es un movimiento muy dificil de hacer y aprender.

    El touch es una tecnica del front lever donde debes pegar la pelvis a la barra manteniendo tus brazos hacia la cintura, es decir, tus muñecas y cinturas deben estar alineados y los brazos deben estar flexionados, esta tecnica suele ser dificil ya que se necesita mucha fuerza y resistencia en los dorsales, brazos y abdomen, pero gracias a eso traigo esta rutina con lo que podremos lograr esta tecnica.
    The touch is a front lever technique where you must stick your pelvis to the bar while keeping your arms towards your waist, that is, your wrists and waists must be aligned and your arms must be flexed. This technique is usually difficult since it requires a lot of effort. strength and resistance in the back, arms and abdomen, but thanks to that I bring this routine with which we can achieve this technique.

    Ejercicio 1
    Exercise 1

    Mantener tocuh en tuck adv 3 seg luego bajar y repetir el ejercicio haremos 5 repeticiones 3 sets.

    Keep tocuh in tuck adv 3 seconds then lower and repeat the exercise we will do 5 repetitions 3 sets.

    Mantener half en touch minimo 10 seg y el maximo que puedas, 3 sets.
