Hello everyone and a warm greeting friends and friends of SWC, I'm Luis Romero @pimoswo, I'm part of the Streetworkout community on the hive blockchain. Today I bring you 4 exercises to work the upper body that you can implement in your routines to work it in a more complete way in one day. 💪🏼
Estos ejercicios son muy básicos en los cuales trabajaremos lo que son los biceps, tríceps, espalda y pecho principalmente, estos ejercicios pueden implementarse en sus entrenamientos por separado pero si desean combinarlos en una rutina acá les dejo una rutina básica para realizarlo de una manera moderada ya que al involucrar tantos grupos musculares es mejor no excederse. Comenzamos! 💪🏼
These exercises are very basic in which we will work what are the biceps, triceps, back and chest mainly, these exercises can be implemented in their workouts separately but if you want to combine them into a routine here I leave a basic routine to perform it in a moderate way because to involve so many muscle groups is better not to overdo it. Let's get started! 💪🏼
