Un saludo a toda la Blockchain de #Hive y a la comunidad de SWC espero estén bien, Hay veces en que los atletas se suelen lesionar o suelen tener desgarres y así pierden tiempo valioso para poder entrenar y en el caso que sea grave suele dejar secuelas, así ocasionando que muchos atletas abandonen este deporte. Pero en la publicación de hoy les dejare unos ejercicios de calentamiento para que apliquen antes de iniciar una rutina de alta o incluso baja intensidad para poder evitar esas lesiones o desgarres a corto y largo plazo, sin más que decir aquí están los ejercicios.
