Greetings my fellow musicians. I trust we all are doing good. I welcome you all to HiveOpenmic week 196.

I am @mhizerbee and in regards to this week's theme Tus Luces Sobre Mí meaning Your light on me I will be doing a cover of the song Way Maker by Sinach I hope you have fun and enjoy.

While I was contemplating on what to sing, I quickly remembered Way maker by Sinach which says that "God is light in the darkness" and so I sang it with my full chest because I know and understand what it means.

Light is something that is very essential in life. I'd say to some extent that we can not live without light. We obviously need light in everything that we do.

Who is this light? Jesus Christ is the light. In him we move, live and sing and that is why we must follow him day after day till the end irrespective of what life throws at us.

The song emphasizes that God is a way maker, meaning that he makes what seems impossible to be possible, he opens closed doors and delivers his children from affliction.

He is the answer for the world today and as christians, we need him in our lives and everything that we do.

Trust no one and believe in no one other than God. He's a great God and he does great things.
