Tenía algún tiempo queriendo hacer este post... Pero me llevo unas cuantas semanas recopilar las imágenes.

Suele darme un poco de pena pedirle fotos a las personas, así las conozca 😁...

Así que para romper el hielo empecé con los niños jajaja. Ellos no me dirían que no y tampoco les daría pena sonreír a la cámara.

Quiero hablarles un poco de qué me motivo hacer este post...

En este mundo todos pasamos circunstancias difíciles, todos tenemos problemas, pruebas y luchas, sin importar nuestra edad.

Sin embargo pese a las circunstancias, por más difíciles que sean, mis amigos siempre tienen una sonrisa en su rostro y eso fue lo que me motivó a hacer este post.

Algunos de ellos han perdido a familiares en la muerte, otros tienen problemas económicos fuertes, a otros los agobia la mala salud... Y cada uno sin importar su edad y género afrontan problemas, pero su actitud ante estas circunstancias no les roba el gozo ni la alegría, pues los mueve una fuerza mayor.

Hoy a través de imágenes y de un corto vídeo quise capturar su esencia con una sonrisa... Porque siendo sinceros ¿A quién no lo contagia una sonrisa genuina?

Espero puedan disfrutar de mi entrada #84 al desafío #Monomad.

Ellos son mis amigos.

I had been wanting to do this post for some time.... But it took me a few weeks to collect the pictures.

I'm usually a little embarrassed to ask people for pictures, even if I know them 😁....

So to break the ice I started with the kids hahaha. They wouldn't tell me no and they wouldn't be shy to smile at the camera either.

I want to tell you a little bit about what motivated me to do this post....

In this world we all go through difficult circumstances, we all have problems, trials and struggles, no matter our age.

However, despite the circumstances, no matter how difficult they are, my friends always have a smile on their face and that is what motivated me to do this post.

Some of them have lost family members in death, others have strong economic problems, others are burdened by bad health.... And each one, regardless of their age and gender, face problems, but their attitude in these circumstances does not rob them of joy or happiness, because they are moved by a greater force.

Today through images and a short video I wanted to capture their essence with a smile? Because to be honest, who can't be touched by a genuine smile?

Me pareció emotivo hacer ese pequeño vídeo, entre las imágenes y la canción afloran, (a mi parecer) muchas emociones bonitas.

Sin importar las circunstancias que estemos pasando, nada malo dura para siempre y una buena actitud siempre nos ayudará a llevar la vida con un poco más de alegría, así que por favor, sino lo has hecho hoy... "Sonríe"

I found it touching to make this little video, between the images and the song, (in my opinion) many beautiful emotions come to the surface.

No matter what circumstances we are going through, nothing bad lasts forever and a good attitude will always help us to lead life with a little more joy, so please, if you have not done it today .... "Smile"
